I love your channel. This is one of the channels that got me playing again after years! But yours more by far. I was in bands in and after high school and was crazy for zeppelin and covered a fair amount of material as a singer. I was always the better singer and we had enough guitarists so I didn’t play professionally for years either. But these enigmatic (and surprisingly simple) little riffs of Page’s, many I never worked out for myself, still fascinated me. I love this one and I learned it from you, bro. Thanks!!

You are one of my “go to” guys for guitar lessons. I like how you will play some of the more obscure vintage rock songs sometimes the only example that I can find. I get a lot out of your covers too. Many times no words are needed. Awesome job!

I rarely (im sorry) watch or write comments these days, but I wanted to thank you. I starting playing guitar because of Led Zeppelin, but I actually learned guitar thanks to you by playing rhythm songs when you still were on privettricker channel. You showed me a lot of great classic bands from way back and I'm thankful for that. And I started playing 10 years ago. I love you. Even though I don't listen to classic rock as much anymore (there's a lot of new great music too) and don't play as muhc cuz I simply lost motivation to do so I'll always appreciate you cuz you actually changed my life. But thats for longer discussion :). All that by just making videos! It might be nothing for you but you made a huge positive impact on my lfie and I wish you well my man!

Don't let these critical guys get into your head. You're one of the best straight ahead instructors on the internet. I've played for 50 years and appreciate the best way to learn the song is to play along with it until it just blends.....To the guy who said he was getting "ripped off" (of what); the tip to just focus on a single rhythm lick for minutes until it's right was worth the price of admission to you.

wow. i don't comment much/at all just because I don't speak social media and it's generally not a good mix for me. but I do appreciate the work you've done here and on the old channel. especially if I am wanting to know some of the more artist or song-specific nuances that I can't tease out on my own the old fashioned way. I've found also that content like this is just nice over morning coffee. but man, I'm sorry if you get some messed up comments. I would have donated an organ for access to something like this when I was 15. I feel like there should be no shortage of little guitar virtuosos running around with access to youtube videos and the ability to slow down live video of our guitar heros....yet , despite all the access to learning that a kid in the 90s or earlier never had, and all these amazing ways to access tones nowadays... there seems to be this ....i dunno...disconnect maybe is the word for it? everyone asking "how do you get this sound man??" you still gotta practice. like an inordinate ammount of practice. like, practicing guitar so much your family is a little worried about you. that's just about the right ammount. maybe even a little more. anyway. thank you.
