Just a magnificent race of people.Just look at us in sport,science,art,music....we dominate everything we touch. This dehumanization process has never stopped. Have you ever been to prison? The very same process is used in the military to turn the nice boy who mowed your lawn yesterday into a mindless killer you don't want living next door to you. The whole "work force" is kept in line like that regardless of skin color. The light skinned people have been so dumbed down they accept it as long as somebody else is more dehumanized. 3 things that any group needs to do to stay intact and further the overall success of the group. 1) Finish high school.2) Get a job. 3) Dont get pregnant out of wedlock. It is your job as parents to teach your children respect, responsibility, empathy, kindness, hard work, decepline. etc. Enough of that happens and it because part of a cultural norm and accepted. I disagree with his premise about returning to our humanity. We did that and done that already. This fall is a prerequisite for a rise. A perfect example is when you're in school and the bullies try to pick on the weaker ones or the ones that are having problems at home (in this case racial prejudice and slavery). Here is the unadulterated truth from a white southern man. I have no problem with hard working honest people no matter their color, creed, ethnic background or religion. If you are honest, work hard, respect others and are a productive member of society then that is awesome. On the other hand, if you are sorry and no account no matter your color and background then you suck. I have nothing to do with folks like that. Does that make me racist? Naw cause there are white in that category. Does it make me smart? Yes because that's how it should be. There is a small portion of the population that tries to stir up hatred between the races. I think that the best way to accomplish your mission is for ALL Blacks in America to move back to Africa and reestablish there cultural roots. The countries in Africa will once again become great and Black culture will flourish.

Heyitsablackguy - The main difference between blacks and Asians that came/brought to this country was that the Asian had a centralized culture, language and religion where the Africans that were enslaved were multi-culture people with different beliefs, culture and language. Africans were/are very diverse people - This was a major disadvantage - I am sorry that you have such a negative opinion against this group - your statements can apply to any group -every group/race has it good and bad. I've always been a person who was friends with a good variety of folks, and I have found that as long as everyone had both Self Respect and Respect of Others, I could put extremely different people together with no problem.
