Be careful, try to play formats other than commander. It can be a huge waste of money. Pauper, modern or pioneer would be a much better use of money than commander decks you are gonna get sick of or are gonna be too powerful or too weak depending on who you play with

Grading a 1 of 1 seems so pointless since no other one exists thus making the condition it’s in absolutely irrelevant when it comes to value. Authenticating it on the other hand makes perfact sense

I read an article about this and before reading I thought the same exact thing. Actually, it turns out it does affect value even for 1/1s! Because some people only collect mint/near mint items making it so that they would not be added to the bidding pool if the condition is lower (at their max price)! Which does keep the price from reaching its full potential! It was really an enlightening read because as I said I was completley unaware myself ! It changed my mind on it completely, curious if it changes anyone else's mind with this perspective in mind! Much love ❤
