Ай бұрынThese tawny owl chicks are growing up fast. The eldest is now 21 days old. Luna has been such a devoted mother to the three chicks, but perhaps she's beginning to become a little weary of their boundless energy! Enjoy watching them nibble at her foot, stretch tall and bounce around the nest. No wonder she retreats to the quiet of the nest entrance!

It's not until her leg is pulled halfway up the side of her body that she turns quickly "ouch! what are you doing?" Then retreats to the porch, thinking " Bomber, bring dinner any time now, before they eat my toes"

Fabulous stuff. I love Luna escaping and looking somewhat bedraggled by her chicks and yet still has the glow of a super happy and proud mama. Thanks for your videos REF and team. I haven't checked in this year as much as I want to, so these videos of times missed are glorious.
