As professional Chefs, we find this disturbing at best. A guy cooking pa big piece of steak is not a "Chef" and it looked unseasoned, ungarnished and not nutritious without potatoes and vegetables. Not to mention basic sauces ! Again, inserted cricket sounds .

Yeah I could not do an unseasoned steak. Adding it post cook, is not the same as seasoning it prior to cooking.

Actually. Grilled beef, it’s better if you add the salt afterwards. As when it’s grilled, it’s draws too much moisture rout and the salt will make it dry. Stephanie zimbalist. If you don’t know. Don’t judge, most steak restaurant which grill, they season a little if it’s thick. And mostly season afterwards, as when a steak rests, it’s like a sponge, and absorbs in the salt, better if it’s raw

here's a good tip for a eating contest, you consume as much as you can because if you eat slow you have just digested food that will make you full so you should eat fast so you won't feel full
