i cant, it opens user control and theres no yes button, and says to continue you, enter an admin username and password

That's because only admins can elevate the privileges

he *is* using windows 10 therefore it does work. on upper right hand corner you'll see version 10.0.22621.2134 in other words *open ur eyes homie*

if you pause video you'll see windows 10.0.22621.2134 you can't round up the numbers to 11. wait a minuto decided to look up numbers. *i was w-r-o-n-g* there in bold letters

You know cmds are intended to be run as administrator like most of the times? That doesn't mean commands will also run as admin
