In this video, we'll take a look at Europe's best short haul business class experience...in my view. All aboard a British Airways Airbus A320 from London Heathrow's terminal 3 through to Olso.
It truly was a fantastic experience lately with BA. I thought the food, the service and the new wifi offering for Executive Club members was all fantastic. On this trip, I paid around £100 or so to upgrade from my standard economy ticket and it was money very well spent indeed. If you don't have Silver status or above with the BA Exec club, for that sort of money, if you're looking to enhance your experience, it's a no brainer.
In terms of areas for improvement honestly, there weren't any - it was a super trip. In my heart of hearts, I'd love to see BA throw down the gauntlet to other European carriers and at least go for a couple of rows of proper 2-2 regional business class as seen across much of the rest of the world however, I really can't see that happening just now. Shame, as they'd quickly establish themselves as the premium carrier across Europe and the product, akin to Emirates's A380 First Class, would act as a halo product for the airline.
