I keep trying to convince my older kids (I have four, between 8 years old and 19) to leave the UK for somewhere worth living, but the folly of youth combined with the protection we provide as parents means they can't really see how bad the UK has become. This scares me because it will get worse due to incompetent and cowardly 'leaders'. Two of my kids are gay so their future is particularly precarious due to the fifth column that the government are rolling the red carpet out for. The whole of Europe is doomed without some serious reconsideration of immigration from outside of it. The paradox is that the more we let in, the more of them who reach positions of power. They still engage in tribal loyalty while they demand that we don't. Look at Rishi Sunak; claims that he wants to lower immigration, but is happy to make deals for more Indian immigration. His loyalty is not to Britain, it is to India. I don't think Russia or China are our main problem, the main problem now calls itself British because their passport says that's what they are.

They’re considering more Archer and the Korean SPG. No decision made. No funding granted. We have a pre-existing order for Boxer which is going to replace (not 1 for 1) Warrior and a number of other protected patrol vehicles. In short fewer less capable armoured vehicles.
