Nice

Ok, I have a question from an American that judges livestock in including cattle across the us. I realize livestock types are way different between the two countries, why is it that cattle are built different in the UK? These cattle that are bringing the most money are huge muscled almost to much in my opinion, not enough fat, and then structure wise, seems a little straight shouldered. I understand things are different and I am NOT making fun of ANYONE OR ANYTHING, just wanna learn
