Hi I have a question plz. My husband recently get his citizenship and received his British passport after finishing his 5 years of refugee. The question is that I have ILR now after finishing 5 years of refugee as well but in different case and we live together about 5 years now. Can I apply for citizenship now or I need to wait 12 months before I’ll eligible? Thanks in advance

I don’t know if this company exist at all, because it was funny that I have sent them an email regarding citizenship application but got no response from them, despite their auto-email machine said they will be in touch ASAP. Any responsible company would answer their clients email. I don’t think this guy is serious enough over his profession, not alone others....

@A Y & J Solicitors . I applied for my British citizenship around June. I got arrested for drink driving in August but my court judgment was in October. I emailed HO about my arrest and told them my court judgment . I was expecting a reply on what to do but I didn't. I only got an auto reply. Now in November, I received an email from my case worker that my application has been refused and mentioning that I did not tell the HO about my conviction in October. They said I may reapply for reconsideration. Please what can I do in this situation? Thanks.

Hi , could you please guide me I done speeding 37mph in 30mph area and caught by a camera van . Anyway I done speed awareness course paid £90 for that approximately two years ago and I don’t have any points on my license . Is it need to declare in citizenship application?if yes then they can effect my application? Thanks for your help. Hi I just applied for my naturalisation in September home office has contacted asking for more information because I have an IVA and an NHS maternity debt. I didn’t know about the NHS debt and I learnt later that I was issued a CCJ this happened in 2017. But 2019 I was given indefinite leave and I have been paying my debt through IVA. I have provided home office with the IVA agreement and confirmation. Would they reject my application?

Hi Sir I hope u can advice .I’m asking on someone's behalf. Person is due to apply for Naturalisation in few weeks time but got arrested for assault by beating (untrue allegations from his wife ,make up )it was only verbal argument ...then he had interview and released without any charge, caution or warning ,released with no further action and back living with his wife and all good . Could anyone please advise that how can it affect Naturalisation application. And also does the arrest needs to be mentioned on the application? Thanks in advance .

Hello AY&J solicitors ! I have been living in uk from 2012 till now 2021. Between 2013 to 2014. My visa expires due to home office should give 24 months visas. But mistakenly the issue only 9 months visa after my agent email to home office not respond and the agent closed . Later 2015 I married with eeu national I got 5 years visa. Now More then 1 years I have indefinite leave to remain. I want to apply for for british national. I'm here since 2014 continuously since 2015. On and off work mainly with Recruitment agencies. Trouble I find out that I need all the tenancy agreements since all job applications and I haven't kept any. I move around and I didn't make friends like someone who would say that knows me for 3 years or so. I've paid tax while working but with large working gaps history. No conviction ever but struggling with references and the rest. Which would be my chance to get UK citizenship if you represent me and roughly how much would cost me

Hi sameer, it all depends on what you shoplifted, food and condoms are a go... but alcohol and ciggaretes are a no no... read article 18 (i) of the immigration act. It goes into details why and ofcourse which size and type condoms are allowed,you naughty boy..
