I always say if a country invaded England in the way and manner the British have to so many countries down through the years and the only way to claim their country back would be to start a guerrilla war against their oppressors...Tell me who is in the wrong????

Now I hope John can get the justice and an inquiry for his 15yr old brother Barney, who was abducted by the IRA and shot dead in 1973 alleging the lad was an informer. Good luck wi that from Republicans. ☘️

Britain robbed India of $45 trillion between 1765 and 1938, however it is estimated that if India had remained free with 24% of world GDP as in 1700 then its cumulative GDP would have been $232 trillion greater (1700-2003) and $44 trillion greater (1700-1950). Deprivation kills and it is estimated that 1.8 billion Indians died avoidably from egregious deprivation under the British (1757-1947). This is the biggest genocide did by Britain.

"..10 And he said unto me, Seal not the words of the prophecy of this book; for the time is at hand. 11 Let the unrighteous still do unrighteousness; let the unclean still be defiled; let the righteous still do righteousness, and let the holy one still be sanctified. 12 Behold, I am coming soon, and my reward is with me, that I may reward every man according to his works. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the First and the Last. 14 Blessed are those who keep his commandments, that they may have a right to the tree of life, and enter the city by the gate. 15 But outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and fornicators, and murderers, and idolaters, and everyone who loves and does unrighteousness. 16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to bear witness to you in the churches. I am the root and descendant of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And let him who hears say: Come! Let him who is thirsty come, and let him who is desirous take the water of life freely. 18 And I also bear witness to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will put on him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 And if anyone takes away anything from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away from him his part in the book of life, and in the holy city, and in what is written in this book. 20 He who bears witness to these things says, " I am coming soon." Amen to that. Hey, come on, Lord Jesus! 21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is with you all. Amen to that." Revelation of John the Evangelist, 22:10-21

The murder of inocents is always a tragedy, but there is a lack of symmetry, in that the terrorists have been granted immunity from prosecution and therefore justice. Why should the terrorists who murdered so many inocents escape justice, while the soldiers face prosecution. Either there is an amnesty for all, or all those guilty of murder must face prosecution. The GFA cannot provide a get out of jail free card for the terrorists, while still requiring British soldiers to face the courts. If it were not for the actions of the terrorists, the british army would not have been in NI.

There was no immunity, the IRA and the uvf had been imprisoned for their crimes, yes some would have probably had early release cause they probably weren't in that long, but the Ira and uvf arnt held to the same rules as a legitimate army, an army has rules and isn't above the law when it comes to killing innocents surely

@@rutgersplague4595 the GFA did provide an amnesty for terrorists. Since the IRA like to claim that they were fighting a war, with a campaign that specifically targeted civilians, is it surprising that in a war civilians die on both sides. If there had not been an amnesty for the terrorists, then both sides should have been subject to war crime investigations, but the IRA and to some extent the UDF, use the cloak of war very selectively. The uk government was complicit, in that it suited the politicians that they were not fighting a war, but were involved in defeating criminal organisations. A claim that has some merit, when one considers the crimes that financed a lot of IRA activity, but a paratroop regiment is not a police force, it is a weapon of war, and in war civilians die. If there is to be justice, then the bombers and irregular gunman, must also be subject to punishment. It is their fault that the army was on the streets of NI in the first place. Why should the IRA escape justice, simp!y because it claims not to be an army when it suits it.

@@nigeljohnson9820 it's not about the Ira's actions with this case though, these people had nothing to do with them, and didn't deserve to die

@@rutgersplague4595 I do not dispute that, thought I could say that those killed in the Birmingham pub bombings did not deserve to die either. Why should the perpetrators of one atrocity be treated differently to the other. I do not know why British soldiers might shoot inocent civilians, it is certainly worth finding out, I am not sure much will be gained from prosecuting those involved, when the GFA effectively pardoned the terrorists involved in this war. How is an army to react, when those they are fighting do not respect the Geneva Convention. It is the lack of symmetry that I object too.
