We've been it planning for a long time, and with Gabie's help we've finalised a menu, but wanted to have it tested by someone who's never tried street toast before... so here we are!
Before we opened the restaurant (coming in next week's video!) we had the British Highschoolers try our menu and give their honest thoughts to see if we needed to make any changes...
Everyone in this video including the crew had a negative COVID-19 test prior to shooting.
All activities were fully risk assessed and monitored in accordance with UK government guidelines.

이번 프로젝트는 저희가 오랫동안 준비해온 건데, 가비의 도움으로 드디어 메뉴를 들 수 있었어요. 그런데 한번도 한국식 토스트를 먹어보지 못 한 분들이 처음으로 시식 했으면 좋겠다고 생각했서…
가게를 열기 전에 (다음주 영상에 볼 수 있을거에요!) 영국 고등학생들한테 저희 토스트들을 주고 솔직한 시식평과 학생들의 의견들을 들으러 갔습니다.
영상의 모든 출연진을 포함한 스태프 전원은 촬영 이전 코로나19 음성 확진을 받았습니다.
모든 촬영 과정은 정부의 방역 지침에 따라 전문가의 확인을 받아 진행되었습니다.

I love all the boys’ distinct personalities. They make each other shine. Each one of them is so sweet and funny and unique which makes videos of them so entertaining. There are no similar characters! Every one of them is just perfect and adorable in their own ways. They are all so lovable, and even more so as a group. Loving the fulham boys series! Pls do more of them 🥺

I just honestly love seeing the children's faces. Something pure about their amazement that you dont find as you get older. Each one of these kid's lives are so much more enriched as a result of this. I can bet that Korea will be a travel destination for them in the future.

개인적으로 이 친구들 나올 때마다 왜 재밌을까 생각해봤더니 무엇보다 표현력인 거 같아요. 그냥 맛있다, 없다, 좋다, 나쁘다가 아니라 자신만의 단어를 찾아서 표현하는 모습이 인상적입니다. 부럽기도 하구요. 셰익스피어의 언어라더니 그 풍부함이 어느 정도 느껴져요.

i'm not gonna lie, the first time i saw the british highschoolers series going up i was a bit hesitant to watch but i am very pleasantly surprised by how sweet and funny these boys are! even when they're being honest about what they don't like i can tell it's from a place of youthful sincerity. i think they were raised very well!

@@alexsun3300 It is, I looked up the tuition, and its Senior £7, 189 per term Prep £6, 818 per term Pre-Prep £6, 140 per term which I am not sure is terrible for a regular private school or not, but compared to UK college tuition I would say it's pretty expensive.

Just before the restaurant opens you should have a party in the space and invite all of the recurring Korean Englishman guests! Like the high school boys, their principal, Rev Chris and Major Charles, Ollie’s Dad and Josh’s Mom. The restaurant is kind of a culmination of the channel in a way and it would be cool to see everyone celebrate.

이 채널의 제일 좋은점은 명칭들을 영어화 시키지않고 한국단어 그대로 사용한다는 점입니다. 쌈잠,전,해물파전,이런 영어로 번역해도 되지만 영어로 번역하면 전달되는 뜻이 반감이 드는데 여기선 그대로 사용해주니 넘 좋아요 😀

Korean Toast has unlocked such an important memory in my brain. Over a decade ago, I went to Korea for the first time (I’m an American born Korean) to work. I was alone, hardly spoke the language, and this was pre-smartphone, so I felt an extra measure of loneliness and helplessness. On one walk to work in the morning, I saw a small line peeking out of an alleyway and decided to venture in. Saw an ahjummah making toast and bought one for myself to try. It was life changingly good, and gave me a sweet moment of comfort during a difficult time. And ever since then, it gave me the serotonin boost I needed in the day to get me going, and my summer in Korea only went up from there. All because of a simple toast sandwich.

I think Jack won this episode. “Inject it into my veins.” That’s going into the best things ever said on Korean Englishmen! 🤣 I enjoyed it so much I had to go back and watch this video an additional 2 times just because it made me laugh hard enough to cry. I also like how the different variations of accents came out thick in this one. The more they ate, the thicker the brogues. 😂

08:30 I swear if Keaton does not become a food critic I would be so heartbroken. The way he describes food is so detailed and paints a good picture of the taste for me even though I've never had the food before. I watch a lot of mukbangs but non of the creators come close to describing the food the way he does. It's adorable to watch now cause he's still young but the potential he has is undeniable.

Trust me, coming from a British person you don’t want any of our food when you have all of this 😂 that’s one thing that us British can’t really do and that is food. We have really nice stews and pies in the cold winters that are beautiful but flavour wise they are nowhere near. We’re just a melting pot of many other counties especially Asian countries because your food is so nice 😂

근데 김치라는 음식이 일종의 피클이라고 봐도 되서 고기와 빵에 잘어울린다고 볼수있겠더라구요. 20여년전 미국장기출장중에 한국음식점 찾기엔 너무멀고 한인마트 찾아내서 김치한통 사고 버거킹에 김치 넣어서 먹었는데 진짜맛있었네요. 그뒤 김치버거 나와서 사먹고 실망. 그냥 김치 넣어주면 될걸 무슨짓을한건지. ㅎㅎㅎ

Keaton needs more scenes, he’s probably going to start off on his own channel soon. He could have his own taste testing series in the future. That kid carries himself like a professional and just comes off as a natural in every scene he’s in.

아이들에게 호떡의 맛을,,,,,,제가 영국에 갔을때 에딘버러에서 아파트먼트호텔에 머물면서 옆 호실에 머물던 스위스 고딩들에게 호떡 30장을 구워준 적이 있습니다. 3일동안 정말 밤마다 노크하더니 가는날 고마웠다고 선물주더라구요. 고딩들 부모님에게 호떡 레시피까지 적어줬어요. 떡볶이보다 호떡이 최고였어요 ㅋㅋ

it's actually pretty brilliant to ask these boys for their opinion about the menu if you're starting a business because the sentiments they give are from the point of view of British students who have tried something for the first time and that gives a glimpse of the future possible market. they have shared their thoughts honestly and genuinely. i hope to see more of this series and good luck to your business! ❤️

I can't quite pinpoint what to say about this episode. I mean, *Keaton* and his _Gordon Ramsay_ moment is hard to miss _(and when he grabbed that food and pushed it all into his mouth, LOL);_ the *Ray* and *Harvey* pairing is always a delight to see because they're so enthusiastic about trying everything, and they're so much comfortable now with the cameras; the *Orlando* and *Clifford* duo and their habit of biting the food or drinking something at the count of 3 or any exact moment; *Natti* is always so appreciative of whatever's on his plate, and he explains the taste or the experience in a _diplomatic_ way; *Jack* and his "love" for anything spicy, LOL; and of course, *Armand* the "star" of this series. Thank you again, Korean Englishman, for this beautiful episode. I can't wait to watch that restaurant episode.

The guys are a credit to their education: they have great manners! They act in a friendly, youthful, yet respectful and intelligent way. When I was in high school (10 years ago 😭), My friends were obnoxious and ignorant, and behaved like the rest of Mankind was beneath them. Having lived outside the US for years, I was really surprised at the immaturity and aggressive entitlement! 😳

I love these boys. Not love as in those crazy fangirl infatuation that’s been going around but like, they’re such good sports, good-natured, polite and fun to watch. Clicked as soon as I saw them in the thumbnail. Please never let the Fulham boys series end! They can be regulars like the Lee twins, Shandy and the rest.

I'm 100% Team Natti on eating a sandwich from the side. You don't want grease and sauce all over your face!!! It's so weird seeing Armand without Max, but I love all of the guys here, they're so fun and adorable! I swear Keaton's going to be a world renowned food critic someday! That kid knows his food! Ray's excitement over ssamjang is too much! He's just the cutest! Him and Harvey are on to something with the ssamjang dip! Poor Jack and his issues with spice, lol. Hopefully, his tolerance for it will increase as he keeps trying different levels of heat. Clifford's suggestion that you could easily raise the price of your Korean toast is spot on. I've never had it and won't ever be in London to try it, but I'd pay more than that for one. Orlando's happy, satisfied "you guys are great" was a mood! These guys are so cute and polite! I love them! Great job, Gabie! You knocked it out of the park!
