What separates you from other foreign vloggers is your ability to speak bisaya and maybe even some tagalog. Many of the foreign vloggers are in the PH for years and they still can only speak very little. You look like you put in the effort and it's not easy since it's a lot different from english. Sometimes you have to flip the sentence structure around when going from english for it to make sense in bisaya or tagalog. The ability to speak conversationally is the most impressive aspect of your PH language skills. It shows people that you are open to the culture and have the brains(mental agility) to learn.
@jennifershimizu75713 жыл бұрын
You are very good in speaking visaya wow!
@christopherturco1973 жыл бұрын
If you were here in Rhode Island, we would all know how to spell your name since in our accent we tend to drop the r at the end of words (sometimes in the middle, too). For example, parking meter = pahkin' metuh; quarter = quawtuh. Then, to really confuse things, the RI accent adds an r where it doesn't belong, e.g. straw = strawr. Go figure, we were daot and never knew it. 🤪
@reginao23423 жыл бұрын
I'm a native Rhode Islander too, so I can relate to that! I'm now living permanently in Cebu province, so Bisaya is easier to pronounce than Tagalog, even with our slang nasal RI accent! Hahaha
