I'm from Barbados. The snacks you purchased are sold all throughout the island and all over the Caribbean. We share snacks from across the islands as we are small, and the other countries make quite a few items. I wish you were able to get some tea time biscuits. We also have American and British snacks and food items across the island. Hopefully, you will come back to Barbados and try a few more item like plus (beverage) and a few other snacks that we have here.

I did wonder if you would have more snacks from America but that’s awesome you can get British items too. I really do hope to visit again. We absolutely loved Barbados.

Yay!! I’m Bajan, Zoomers are a fav. You would have gone diving in Carlisle Bay. Because we are such a small island (166 sq miles) we import most of our food. Trinidad, our neighbour produces many of the items you’ll see on our shelves, like Sunshine Snacks. There’s so much more to explore, eat and enjoy in Barbados than a cruise day-stop would allow for. Come back soon!

The beaches in Puerto Rico are so clear, you can see your feet and all of the activity in the water. I lived there for 3 1/2 years and went to the beach a few times. If you go at the right time, the water is crystal clear and warm. I miss the food in Puerto Rico. I don't miss the hurricanes though. In 1989 while living in Puerto Rico. Hurrican Hugo hit and that was an experience I don't ever want to experience again if I can help it.

I am from eastern Germany and for me the funniest thing about your story is your reaction to the nude beach because it's quite normal at the lakes here that a lot of people don't wear anything. I'm so used to all the naked people that I forgot, this isn't the case for everyone.

@@ThisWithThem it's mainly in eastern germany or the former GDR. I Think it's because of the culture and political situation in the GDR, it was a like trying to fight for more freedom.

Kate saying how you aren’t a couple reminded me of something I never told you guys! I had your postcards/adverts on my fridge and left them up while selling my house. I always watched people via my security cameras and heard at least 1 group say “I wonder if they’re the sellers? …beautiful couple regardless!” You’ll always be my husband and sis-in-law in my head. 😅
