Yeah these are the exact frames of the exterior of the porta-potty from when Steve-o was inside, except they replaced the interior shots with Britney. Notice how Steve-o was strapped in and she wasn't. Britney would have hit the roof of the porta-potty and been seriously injured had this been real.

She was wearing no harness, if this was real she would have been thrown all over the potty and likely ejected from it. If you've ever been on the big slingshot ride at fairs or parks then you'd no that without the harness you'd be gone. Also her hair wasn't blown around coming back down, and suddenly there is a plexy glass sheet in front of the camera. It was actually her, she just never left the ground. Any outside footage was from when steve-o did it.
