Cops do not have powers they only have authority and they can only use that authority when they find a person in crime or that person has the exact same authority as the cops. Only the court has power which comes from the people and not the government in the form of a jury. The magistrates court is not a real court and has no real judge/s. The magistrates themselves have no understanding of the law and the sentences come from the clerk of the court - how can that be lawful? I know for a fact that the magistrates are generally clueless because my sister is one.

11:57 police corruption in the act. Opening sealed property bags before the owner has collected them. The bags are sealed and have numbers on them to protect property. Clearly this is a breach of policy and this offender needs to be punished and dealt with but sadly never will. The most that will happen is he is tod do it where he can't be seen. It's been like that for a long time, I got assaulted for climbing on some garage roofs when I was 13 with my friends just messing about, got down of the roof and the police officer grab me and slammed me into a garage door, scared the shit out off then just told me to fuck off, I'd love to see one off them do it now😤😡🤬

As I have learned recently, if an officer does not inform you that their body worn cams are recording, at the first instance, then it is inadmissible against any convictions.

That's not true. The requirement for police to inform you that they are recording you is just Collage of Policing Policy. It has no legal basis whatsoever.

AB: The guy bagging up your gear wasn't fiddling with it as if he owned it, he was checking to make sure it went back to you in the same condition it was taken off you. He was doing the right thing today. I know you don't like the police and I saw the old video of your house invasion and I understand why. But they are still people and you should give them any credit due for doing thier job correctly rather than assume some kind of ill intent. That was all, im a big fan but a fair man, and I reckon you kinda missjudged the guy. He probably knows your channel by now and wanted to spare himself any embarrisment on camera and just go home or f*** off to the canteen for a pasty. Keep up the good work but have a fair and open mind about people my friend.Sometimes they just have a bad day and make bad decisions under pressure and regret it when the dust settles. Allow for that and don't let them stress you so much. Its more entertaining to watch you have FUN with them. That is where you are in your element. You need to get a polarising filter for your camera, then you can take pictures through the glass windows of their vehicles! They are not expensive, only cost a few pounds! They consist of two lenses which you rotated to eliminate the reflection . I bought one for my first camera in the early 1950s.

You should film in Northern Ireland. Mainly Belfast/ shankill/ ardoyne areas. The police cars are made of metal and bulletproof, the majority of them carry large guns too

The police in N Ireland don’t care about auditing. I’m there often and not once has anyone challenged me. You rarely even see the police.

So standing near their gate (not even blocking anyone) is apparently 'obstruction' with threat of arrest. But block the M25 for weeks on end, literally obstructing people, and the police will actually stop traffic and help you do it! Right, okay...

I feel kind of conflicted with these videos sometimes. While I wholeheartedly feel the police over step their bounds and that point should be made over n over again, I think it’s important to always remain respectful and classy - always fight your corner but telling a guy he looks like a 19 year old who seemed perfectly reasonable just seems over the top and a bit immature. I think if you made more of a point of letting people know that you’re doing what you’re to prove a point and cause it’s not illegal people might be less averse to you and actually understand you’re right (I think the police are so used to over stepping their bounds that half to time they don’t fully understand they’re doing it, even though I think they’re less than desirable in a lot of areas). Nonetheless I think your hearts in the right place AB, so God bless to you, and to everyone else ✌️(keep doing your best)

Agreed. The personal insults are very rarely justified, although sometimes funny especially when people are proper bellends and it feels like they may deserve it. However, personally I think AB should always rise above that level as his manner and knowledge are enough without having to resort to petty insults, even worse when they're directed at people who haven't really done anything worng.

I get your Point but think about it this Way.. AB wouldn't have said that if he was the first PC to approach him .. but after repeating himself over and over again to so many different People he just got annoyed and basically they force such comments out of someone ..if you know what I mean
