Cochise is pronounced Co (chise rhymes with 'peace') hope that makes sense!! This was pretty good, a real hard rock song, I enjoyed it. Heard of Audioslave but not really heard much of their music. Yes! I Love this song! The grunge influence comes from the lead singer, Chris Cornell's (RIP) grunge band Soundgarden which is up there with Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Nirvana. The other members are from Rage Against the Machine. Please check out The Pot by Tool and Duality by Slipknot. They give me so much energy just like Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine. Cornell + Morello, Commerford & Wilk = sheer awesomeness. Audioslave have many awesome songs across different styles. “Shadow on the Sun” is a great softer song, but I can’t listen to it without getting emotional after Cornell’s passing. RIP. “Like a Stone” and “Be Yourself” are popular but very good tunes, “I am the Highway” is such a beautiful and melodic slower song, and “Show Me How to Live” is a straight banger. It was because I just-so-happened to have been online all night that night - awake, unable to sleep, while at the same time… word leaked out QUICKLY over the Internet that he had died in his room- hung himself, yada yada yada . **✋** 🛑 STOP!!! 🛑**✋** 👺STOP RIGHT THERE!!👺 Does ANYone wanna tell me HOWWW it was even POSSIBLE for that kind of DEATH to happen : -high-profile -sudden - unexpected(supposedly) - in an odd-looking scene - under odd circumstances -when LAW REQUIRES alllllll (supposed) suicide- deaths to be fully and thoroughly investigated as a HOMICIDE to rule in or out the death to have actually been MURDER, staged as a suicide to cover up a crime. THIS IS STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE which REQUIRES TIME and WAITING ON TEST RESULTS and VARIETY OF PEOPLE, PLACES,and THINGS (off-site that CAN’T be completed on scene or same day). So, ANY one wanna guess at HOWWWWWWW ON EARTH, it was even POSSIBLE for little-old me to get; 1) word of his death 2) the CAUSE of his death (Suicide) ..within less time it usually takes to DRIVE across the city of Detroit (where he died) than to conduct and complete a full investigation!!??🤬 I can answer that question for you: THE POLICE DIDN’T CONDUCT A HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION! They DIDN’t even conduct a semblance of a half-ass investigation of ANY kind- and THENNN, QUICKLY CONCLUDED and leaked(?)- (definitely DIDN’T hide) their conclusion of suicide. Therefore, tiny-me who had ZERO connection to Mr. Cornell and didn’t live ANYwhere NEAR the scene, heard this story before the poor deceased Chris’s body had even gone cold…. LITERALLY!! There is audio recording between some of the EMS people and the hotel that called for ambulance that we ALLL listened to over and over again. We listened to 2 different first responding type persons describe over the phone the condition of Chris that they found him in when they first arrived on scene and one of those details was that his body WAS STILL WARM TO THE TOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! So, This is how it all started. Similarly, with Chester Bennington (singer for Linkin Park and Chris’s good friend) 2 months - later only we aren’t sure exactly WHAT TIME during the night Chester died… only that it had to have been sometime between 10:30pm and 7:45am. But, between the time Chester’s maid found him (before 9am) and the time the cops and ambulance got there (9:30ish?) - I SOMEHOW found out about IT too, 😭😫 and IMMEDIATELY launched my own personal so-called “investigation” of the authorities’ (non)-“investigation”and the tragedy and wife drama, and blah blah blah, LIES!😑😑 *SORRY** I didn’t plan to write about such depressing subjects! Plz forgive that !🙏 🥰ALLLLL LOVE 💕 TO YOU ALL❣️❣️😘

Don't know if this information has any relevance to the song. The name is with first "C" sounding like a "K". The first syllable sounds like "Koh.". The "ch" sounds like "Chee,".
