I'm sure a lot of you know that this fan used to be in the living room of my house, it had been in there for like the past few decades, and it was pretty nice having this fan in there for that long, and then about less than a week ago is where my dad and I took it down (and yes as you can see, I have the box for the Hunter Osbourne fan on my bed, that's the Hunter fan that we installed in the living room downstairs).
Anyways, early this past Thursday (right before the afternoon), I was able to re-increase the wires above the fan (with those blue connector things), just so that I can be able to get it wired up, and I'm glad I did that. :)
And yes as you can see here, I had to use this medium length downrod to put on here instead of one of the regular short ones, because I almost forgot that this is one of these fans where you have to screw the downrod onto the fan (just like Hunter fans), at the time I put this downrod on here, it was the only downrod I can be able to.
However about a little while later after I put the blades on (and running it) when I looked at the downrod that's on the Aircool Foot Print Vent fan, I noticed it had the screwing align thing, so maybe sometime I could try that out on here, and if it does, that'd be a successful feeling into me.
For now though, I actually liked the way it looks with this downrod (as if it almost feels like a different room into of me, but slightly), but regardless I won't leave it like that for very long, especially because when running it on medium speeds, the fan pretty much wobbles (which you may or may not notice well on camera), but I don't mind that just yet since (again) I'm planning to take it down sometime whenever I have the chance.
Taken today, using my blue Canon Powershot camera.
