Danish Nerdess yeah Hades is just a kind dorky guy. Who has only punished people that try evade death or try cheat him. But he let Orpheus go, it’s not his fault that Orpheus did the one thing he was warned not to do. And also in some versions of the Eros and Psyche myth hades grants Psyche immortality, of course some versions it’s Zeus. But yeah Hades is a nice guy.
