I think the biggest reason us leafs fans are mad is the inconsistency against leafs. I watched simmonds take multiple cross checks to the jaw in one game breaking the stick over his face and there wasn’t even a 1game suspension. Matthews taking one of the hardest cross checks by Benn and nothing. I get rielly should be suspended but the fact it’s ONLY against the leafs and never for them is a fkn joke. We may have many shit fans and a soft team but the bias is so clear when it comes to player saftey.
