@@parsapersian80 we have not been patient, for sure. But that’s ok. When you’re patient, that gets you the Cowboys. Sometimes the fan base can hold the team back. When they get more concerned about the owner turning a profit, having a great stadium, and nationally televised games, that guy has no pressure to win.

I’ve seen Mayer compared to Dave Casper and I feel like Bowers will play like Todd Christensen for the Raiders. These men will make their own names for themselves but I feel like we have modern versions of Casper and Christensen lined up in two TE sets. Whoever is under center should have a good year.

The next to last player on this team I’m concerned about is Brock Bowers. The one thing that matters to me is, thinking to 2025 when the Raiders think “Bowers can give us 80-100/1200/10TD, why do we need to pay Davante $44M?” Sorry haters but the Raiders have had 3 straight competent drafts. There’s depth up and down the lineup. Raiders aren’t a SB contender but they aren’t a dumpster fire either.

I almost never disagree but "position of need" NO !!!!!!! I fully understand and appreciate Bowers and what he brings to the offense however, considering the the type of offense AP wants to run, an RT was the way to go (Fuaga) especially combined with JPJ would have solidified and given us a ROAD GRADER OL. If you want want to imposed your will with the Run game and protect an immobile QB, you need a beast OL!

We need an OL as mean and nasty as our DL and the fact is, Miller and JPJ are the only above average starters on the OL ..... the rest are average at best

Absolutely not! Munford got this at RT. The Raiders have a 2 tights base personnel so the need is there. Plus he's a playmaker. The Raiders need those. Fuaga has short arms anyway

Bowers is a very willing and decent blocker. Can he block tj watt or Myles garrett? Probably not. Is he willing and capable otherwise? Hell yes
