So happy you're reacting to the Saturation trilogy. Just one suggestion for the next video: Turn it up! The music was a little quiet throughout. Other than that, great reaction as always. You'll love Sat 2. It's my personal favorite of the 3.

It made me see the album in ways I haven’t before despite listening to it for over a year, especially your reaction to that dom verse on milk. True, it got me thru some tough times during my senior year of high school because I was about to graduate early and had all these weight problems so I would always turn on Brockhampton to ease my mind of any stress and now I weigh much less than last year thanks to them 😊🤙🏾💯💯💯

I don't think music videos are the optimal way to hear a song for the first time. I prefer listening to the production, lyrics, and delivery first before I can focus all my attention on the visuals (given that BROCKHAMPTON MV's are straight art most of the time).

While I agree that they're great albums, they're not talked abt in the wider context of hip-hop that often even now a couple of years on. Lightning in a bottle captured but not that impactful to the scene as a whole imo

All have a different sound, they are all great at what they are trying to do. 2 sounds more like 1 than 3 but is still unique. I think they just appeal to different people depending on the sound they like the most

Pretty cool moment: The first tour for saturation that Brckhmptn did, I went to their concert in Portland, Oregon. They played Milk in their setlist until Kevin’s verse. Unfortunately they did not do Dom’s verse. Milk resonated with me so well and the first time I heard that track was in the bus, and I started crying. I was at a really low point and Dom’s verse gave me hope and optimism. To this day, when I hear it, I get goosebumps. After the concert, they did meet and greets. I went straight to Dom and let him know his verse changed my life. And he hugged me and said “to better days my brother”. Dom is underrated and under appreciated. A true poet. You can count on him for biblical lyrics. Peace.

What a great reaction, I love your sincerity, and openness. I've heard a few tracks by Brockhampton before, but never delved into a full album of theirs, your reaction changed that, i have gained a new appreciation for them, and i will listen to a lot more. I'm so sad the band is over, knowing that i could've watched them live in 2020 in lollapalooza here in Argentina but due to the pandemic it was cancelled makes me feel even sadder. I just love how you had the exact same reaction to the end of MILK that I had. I sometimes feel like that song disappears among all the bangers in BH's repertoire but to me, it still packs the heaviest emotional punch of all they've done.

Really glad to see that the album resonated with you the way it did so many of us. Summer 2017 was a fucking crazy time, the hype leading up to Sat 2 was easily one of my fav album roll outs. Also an aspect that's absolutely insane to consider is that they were living together and just PUMPING out music (they called the house "the factory", hence "It's a machine, that's why we work inside the factory" on Fake). 3 albums from June - December is absolutely mad. Excited for the next episodes :)
