@Najawin I mean that City was part of that country at the start, so it's not like if they do nothing they'll live while the rest of the country dies, they have to actually fly away from it. I suppose that's still a failure to save but still. And they're also declaring martial law and killing anyone who tries to stop them. I suppose Class warfare was just everything they were doing before that, e.g. squeezing the country for resources, suppression using military, rigged elections.

So if a country was under attack or dealing with a virus (horray topical!) and some people were evacuating but the only way you get to leave is if you're rich? @Najawin In Rwby it's more the latter but they are withdrawing the resources that the poor need to evacuate (ships) it's not that the poor didn't have them from the start and they'll kill anyone who tries to stop them. Tho you're right you're probably not going to get full context unless you see Rwby and it's probably not worth it between its actual quality and it's fanbase.

That makes sense. Because the third doctor looked different in that universe. I believe the Inferno novelisation said that the Doctor recognised the face on the posters as being one of the options the Timelords showed him when he was allowed to pick what his next incarnation would look like
