First trip with the Cummins swapped crew cab didn't go as planned. See what we find when we tear into the driveline to see what left us standed

What case are you going to go with. I like the 205 case its not chain driven it's all gears.. I have a question on your cummins motor did you hook up the air temperature sensor and do you need to have Is the crank center hooked up

I too like the 205. However in this neck of the woods if you can find a 32 spline 205 it usually carries a pretty steep price tag. With that said I'm going back to a 208 just because of price and availability. Part 2 will launch Sunday 12/19 No I do not have the air temp sensor. I'm running without the ECM so it serves no purpose. The crank sensor is on my engine. It's not currently in use but I am sorting out a way to use it for a tachometer signal. I'll post a video when I figure that out. Thanks for watching and I hope this answers your questions

You still looking for a transfer case? I got one that may work. I do know it is a 32 spline input shaft

I did find one but wouldn't mind having a spare. Where are you located and what would you want for it?

I wonder if the depth of the tcase input is too long or needs to be shimmed so that there is no interference. What model tcase is that? NP241C? Online says they will bolt up and work, I am going to same route with my CC and am interested.

It's a 208. Good question about the shim. I've never ran into that before but doesn't mean it's not a possibility.
