I'm ready for Star to be removed from the bench. She needs to go back and listen at the majority of her cases. On more than one occasion, she has come after the woman for absolutely NO reason. It's almost like she's not listening. That young lady clearly stated that she moved from her family to be with this dude. He knows she is solely dependent on him because of that fact. So he took that as an opportunity to be disrespectful, low down, and dirty because he knew she had no place else to go. Judge Star unless you and your show are providing relocation assistance, keep in mind that, everyone is not able to just pick up and move.

Her family is at fault from the beginning! At the beginning, a twelve year old girl shouldn’t be fixated on boys. His family was no better for not have discouraged him to go out with a twelve years old . He was seventeen! A kid of her age is supposed to still play and not cruising boys. 🙂 Totally understand what you mean but that is the wonderful thing about this planet there are many cultures around the world and see things differently... In Sweden the age of consent is 14... But we're talking about Florida and I believe Florida has a Romeo and Juliet law which means that young people can have a 4-5 year age difference between each other and it's legal or normal... And from my experience as a young person it actually make sense...

For the whole Romeo and Juliet law it varies state by law, I live in Indiana where the age of consent is 16, yet the Romeo and Juliet law allows someone who is 15 to have a relationship with someone who is no more than four years older. Which doesn't make sense because you can wait until 16 to be legally allowed to have consensual sex with someone. The Romeo and Juliet is basically so if your 17 and you have sex with a 14 year old in the past that would be considered statutory rape but their was a lot of young men getting in trouble for doing that and the law decided that having a Romeo and Juliet law would help with that

And I'm not going to necessarily talk about so-called morals because those can shift from person to person or culture to culture... But what I will say is that I respect the Romeo and Juliet law because it probably helps keep alot of young men out of trouble because there are MANY young girls/women who WILLINGLY KNOW what they are doing when they go at older males... When I was in Middle School girls wanted to date and smash boys in high school then I graduated to high school those girls wanted to date and smash young men in college or working steady jobs... keep in mind we're all the same age but usually what come out those girls mouth is "I don't mess with y'all little boys" because they were dating older males... So we hear all the time supposedly that females develop faster than males mentally and physically and that women are smarter than men so it stands to reason that MANY of them know what they're doing... There is a nature or primal aspect there that society somehow wants to keep ignoring/pretending don't isn't there but I respect the Romeo and Juliet law for at least trying to do something about it and acknowledging it does exists.......lol And things between males and females aren't always predatory as people /society want to make it out to be or have everyone believe.... Sometimes those relationships can simply just come from a place of genuine admiration or attraction...

I’m wondering how Judge Star missed the DV relationship dynamics. First, they met when he was 17 and she was 12, but they were “hanging out.” Then when they “got together” she was 17 and he was 22. He has always seen her as a child. The fact that he started a committed romantic relationship with her smacks of the idea that he will mold her; that the has power and control over here; and that he’s emotionally immature. IJS You can see that she has on makeup to cover discoloration on her face. It looks like a huge bruise on her cheek. When he said he told her to “remove herself” don’t you think that came with a lot of aggression and initimidation? She said that she moved there with him from out of state. It would be hard for her to “just leave.” So Judge skipped over all of that to talk about the emblem on the car, huh? 🤔 Okay. I’m only 7:20 in. Let’s see what else happens.

18:22 he seems happy that Judge Star is citing more of what she did wrong than what he did. I think he is satisfied that the judge sees her as the primary issue. It also lets him off the hook. He can say that the judge told them they needed to go their separate ways, and that he left HER. He knows (or thinks) that she’ll always welcome him back, but now he can be free to be a deadbeat dad and blame it on her being too emotional. His crazy ex is likely how he’ll describe her. Sounds like L’il Buddy has a PLAN. 😂 I feel sorry for her, and that baby. Stay STRONG sis. I'm halfway through and I'm ticked off. 10 yr age difference; he met her when she was 12 and he was 17; started dating her when she was 17 and he was 22; moved her away from her home and now he wants to act all innocent like she's the problem and CHILDISH!! Star doesn't realize at the end of the trial while speaking to the 22 yr old woman that she separated the 27 yr old man from the child. She said something to the effect of "...And you're going to have this baby." She didn't include him in that at all, which is woefully irresponsible of her. She should have reminded him that although the relationship is not working, they still needed to coexist properly and work together to coparent.

I am not at all surprised that a BM is very aggressive towards a BW. They are ALWAYS crying about respect, respect yet speak to you any DAMN way that they please. You must ALWAYS be quiet and demure, yet they can be aggressive, demeaning and condescending. You better NOT return that energy. She needs to learn self-control and how to better regulate her emotions. They are BOTH immature.
