Fasting: I’m 55, eat in a five hour window daily, do strenuous exercise every other day, do a three day fast once a month, walk my dogs every day. I’m built like a lean college athlete, never have health problems. Living long and hard jab free, pharma free. No excuses

What's your protein intake like? Have you noticed any issues with muscle loss? People like Dr. Peter Attia and Dr. Rhonda Patrick, who I first learned about fasting from (Attia narrates the Zero fasting app) have changed their recommendations because it seems unless you really slam protein it's difficult to add/keep muscle while fasting. Also, I'm low carb/calories and trying to add muscle right now, so I'm only doing the fasts that come natural to me, which is skipping the early breakfast. -Johnny

The butt stucco lol! I just did a 7 day liquid only fast, and during that time I never stopped laying cable (sh!+ emoji). Jesus and Moses fasted for 40 days. Jesus said that some demons can only be driven out by prayer and fasting (benign spirits that aren't of God, and downright evil spirits). All spirits that aren't of God will cause you to sin. I'm a personal trainer Sam- the older you get you actually need more rest between work out days - I used to work out 4-5 days a week till I turned 48 now I do 2 work out days with 2 active rest days where I walk or stretch- rest is more important the older you get and working out long is for young folk- if course stay active,but I keep it under 45 min now- enjoy those kids and life more ❣️

I’ve done fasting for like 4 years. Mostly 18 hrs. I was always fat. Even after 3 babies I’ve kept the weight off. It’s the only thing that has helped me. The little fatties who run around screaming thyroid probs and PCOS are the most annoying. They refuse to fast.

Hey johnny and sam please try to interview the G.O.A.T. of all things outerspace .... Richard C. Hoagland . Hes getting old and wont be around much longer and he has veru very sophistocated knowledge about civilozations on moons within our solar system and hes asking his listeners to find interviewer podcasters so he can get the message out i think hes feeling his time is about to expire. I started reading geddy lee my effing life its very heavy i havnt got to the rockstar part but the ww2 part in the beggining of this book is very very heavy on the heart. I hated reading and always the lectures or the school history class or what have you..... if you are someone who dredds this stuff ... i suggest this book my effing life. I am now in to reading books of all sorts... and i like this pod and the ones who are associated and hopefully someone out there with a mental blocking issue maybe this book will help it helped me!

I can sense the sarcasm, but I can't tell which way it's falling, so I'll explain this a little more. For the last decade the prevailing thought has been that breakfast is the best meal to skip for fasting. But now people in fitness medicine are reversing course and suggesting that, especially with respect to muscle and weight loss, it might be wise to eat more earlier in the day, and then go light at dinner. -Johnny

from what i've heard, you can fast for 3 days (straight) before you start to lose muscle, and after 48 hours is when the benefits of cellular Autophagy kick in (which gets rid of cellular "junk") i do 3 day stints every few months or so (and usually while on Keto)... but you have to take pure Electrolytes ("LMNT" is a prepackaged brand, without sugars), or you may feel awful and/or risk injury... plus, it really boosts the Ketone levels, so you can end up cutting fat really quick, if that's what you want (p.s.- viruses hide out in fat)

also... Valter Longo has what he calls a "Fasting Mimicking Diet" (Rhonda Patrick has some interviews with him about it)... and it's a diet plan you can do yourself, or order his kit, that lasts for 5 days without muscle atrophy... but then gives you 3 full days of Autophagy (3x the 3 day fast option, which only gives you 24 hours), which could be extremely useful if you're battling something like Cancer or viruses, to more fully clean out your cells

I risked my life to tell you about my family of Rabbis running the world and you ignored me because your too afraid. Imagine the courage i have, trying to get that out Meant nothing to Sam. My family is the ppl begind the curtain I met you in Ocala some weeks back. Took me ten hours of travel. No one wants real change. Theg want tomorrow and the rest of there lives tk be the same grind. If someone like Joe Rogan, a talk show host in the media(TV, Internet, Radio etc), goes back and fourth about something as significant as a Moon Landing or not, then, first and foremost it is about numbers to his business. Joe Rogan = Lord Sit On The Fence. He's out here though and not sat at home where he could divulge. At the same time he put himself out here to talk. Will a host of a show worth millions ever give a definitive answer?! Most likely not. Johnny, ever heard of Eric Dollard? He is still alive I believe. He worked in Telecommunications, in the lab. They know everything they can about what works and what doesn't work and why in this realm. As a side note he recently produced a device that makes Sound come from a blue Flame/fire.. One can hear classical music coming from a blue flame/fire.. It is here on KZfaq. If anything, this is what an idol is, Joe Rogan is not
