Phoenix Guard often get passed over... but that is when people miss the point of them. They are by far the tankiest halberd unit in the game and can fight on a point forever. But their killing power is kind of mediocre, especially against elite infantry, which is what Khorne loves. So having three was too much, especially considering you had no magical nukes. All tank, no spank :) Eltharion was ultimately who lost you the game so you clearly have earned the Bronze Eltharion avatar

Love the Eltharion attempt lol. Its fun to see other characters show up from time to time. You should try Alith Anar at somepoint! Eltharion should seriously get buffed though, his stats are so bad for how expensive he is. Plus high magic is pretty haggard in multiplayer for sure.

GG! Top Eltharion tip against armoured infantry: pop an overcast soul quench down the line of an enemy unit once they've engaged your infantry. Super destructive.

I just really like Eltharion, even if he's not much good outside of campaign. Griffon, heals, and a different slew of stats is fun.

Tip for this matchup: lothern sea guard. Arrows are your best answer for the bloodletters since no armor and lothern sea guard trade well into the khorne doggos. But yeah, like you said, your biggest mistake was taking Eltharion lol.
