With the leaderboard finalized, I want to take you inside my journey through Quarterfinals 2024. Still recovering from a shoulder injury, this year's workouts may look a little different than normal. I traveled up to Burlington, Vermont to take on this year's quarters with Amanda Barnhart and the support of the HWPO crew at their HQ.

I just finished Brooke's audiobook and it definitely gave me a new perspective on her career, how serious she is, the situations she's battled. Grateful to have this channel to hear how the rest of the story develops!

Brooke i don't think anyone deserves it more, To Podium. So many competitors but only 3 podium spots, there are Alot of people i would hope to see podium but there only three spots. you are such a champ and been thru alot. I'm glad you are with HWPO and Training so hard. TOP 3 Spots - Pick One. Because they are all in Your Reach, GOD Bless
