I was diagnosed with Lupus SLE 26 February 2018, during a sudden heart attack, and so far survived 14 heart attacks, from the first month i found your video's and became vegan. All doctors cant get howwww now my marks are NEGATIVE !!! thank you and wish you all the best

Amazing story! I've been following you for a while and I'm so happy for you and your amazing family! We need more doctors like you to spread the word about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle in preventing and reversing disease! Are you familiar with Dr. Mark Hyman? I plan on doing functional medicine fellowship after family medicine residency, and it would be a dream to do it at his clinic in Cleveland! Hopefully by then there will be more integrative/holistic/functional med fellowships opening up in the future, it's such a necessary movement in medicine, and more and more doctors are starting to wake up thank God! Congratulations on your 10th milestone with your son. Thank you for your inspirational story. Before my diagnosis, I was very unwell so I Googled my symptoms and Lupus was one of autoimmune diseases I could have. My gut feeling was I had Lupus and your story gave me hope I could get better and live a pain-free life. After suffering months I was diagnosed with Lupus and prescribed the correct medication. The meds eased my suffering yet were not enough to take away fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues and that constant yuk feeling. I changed my diet to raw foods, no dairy, meat and gluten. Thanks to you I am feeling great and almost normal. When I cheat with food I suffer therefore it confirmed I was on the right path. For now, I still need medication yet in time I believe I can become medication free. To anyone who is still suffering and is sceptical of this advice give it a go. It will change your life for the better.

Indeed! Like Dr. Goldner said, Hope can bring you from the bottom of a valley to the the top of a mountain! When someone loses hope, their will to live wanes, and their vitality goes along with it. When hope is restored, vitality and life force is replenished, one's will to live is increased, and when this happens one can tackle anything! I've seen so many cases either on various health docuseries, online, and in person of people who have reversed seemingly irreversible conditions by following various nutrition and lifestyle protocols, but one of the main things they all had in common was the hope and the will to live. This also goes hand in hand with purpose and responsibility, and the knowing.. not just thinking but the knowing that things will improve! As a future physician myself, I've been inspired by Dr. Goldner and others who have overcome various ailments, and I have helped various family members, friends and patients improve various conditions. It's not me, It's my Daughter, you've got me balling here. I've been trying to pass all this information on to her, she's very worn down and skeptical. This video is amazing, how could she not watch it and be moved and feel that maybe there's a chance. She also has Hashimotos and had to have some of her thyroid removed due to cancer. She's 32 in August, it's been heartbreaking to watch, luckily she also has an amazing Husband. Thank you, I'll keep my fingers crossed 🤞 and send positive vibes out to the universe for all the sufferers ❤❤

😭 im crying just listening to your story Dr.G, ive had multiple miscarriages and had even thought i was never going to be able to have another baby again. Im on my 4th day of the smoothie and hoping to one day have my rainbow baby in my arms. What an absolute inspiration she is. To be an actual doctor who went through Medical School without any training in nutrition is mind boggling. What do doctors think they are dealing with? Oh yes it's "The human body" that's all!! She is so special to give up a regular MD career to be this amazing doctor who wants to heal people with good food that the body uses to reverse disease!! Whenever I feel down due to extreme body pain I just refer back to her amazing transformation from her previous sick body to her incredibly healthy one on plant food❤❤❤

Dear doctor Goldner, I was recently diagnosed with Lupus. I have never been sick in my whole life, so I'm really confused. I'm from the Netherlands, and I would like to know how to get in contact with you. In all your videos I cant find anything about what to eat or what not to eat. I also checked the website, and couldnt find it in there as well. I also still want to have a child, but the doctor says I cant have children anymore, or it would be very dangerous. I thought I was going to be childless as well... at the age of 44 I decided to go vegan (just out of curiosity. At that point I hadn't even heard of wfpb) and guess what happened half a year later? That's right. I got pregnant and all went well. Yet another miracle as yours.
