Ingredients just in case u wanna check if u have them all: for brownie bit: 113g unsalted butter 35g cocoa powder 100g granulated sugar 110g brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 60g All-purpose flour 120g chocolate chips for cookie bit: 113g unsalted butter 100g granulated sugar 50g brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 160g All-purpose flour 150g chocolate chips Some extras chocolate chips for the top (optional) and that's it!

Hi John. I've made this recipe twice and will be make it again today for my husband's birthday. It's an awesome recipe. I spice the brownies a bit with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and today a bit of cayenne. I love all of your recipes.

This recipe is fantastic! It was my first time baking sweets, and everybody loved it! It can be done without a mixer, and I also added an additional egg to the brownie batter, it was too dry originally. Can't wait to bake more of your stuff, I'm thinking lemon bars.

Hi John. I made this for my son when he left home and India for a job in the Emirates. He simply loved it and reminisced about the home and the goodies I baked with recipes from your channel. His friends pounced on it and polished it in no time. I thought it was a good advertisement for your Brookies!
