0:45 a lot of this is improvised by Joe Lo Truglio (Boyle), When Jake laughs, that is Andy Samberg breaking character. If you watch it again, you can hear him say "Joe" while laughing. It is great they kept this in the aired episode.

he says no but then when he puts his hand to his ears he definitely says somehting that could be "joe". Also i think Jakes laugh is very different than in all other scenes so it may well be him breaking character (i know im 6 months late to this discussion lol)@@dariusthegr8one81

In real life too, people who test the boundaries ( not in a bad way ), they usually are smart, think out of the box and are more likely to succeed. They cannot be controlled or manipulated by anyone.

Girl, everybody has the hots for Teddy! There's even a a few memes floating around the internet, showcasing people's love for him. My favorite is the one where we're choosing Teddy to play all sorts of roles people wouldn't expect him to, like various Disney princesses, or as Khaleesi from Game of Thrones.

Yes and wanna know why that joke is okay here (appart from the fact that the Episode is from 2013)? Women were sexualised in Film/TV for decades. Men? NOT NEARLY as much. Not even gonna start with real life...
