I have a hard time believing that the benching didn't come from the top. There's no way a coach trying to save his job would pull that shit. He was probably told he was being fired anyway but if you do us this favor we will make sure you're taken care of😂

A total nightmare all the way around. Eli wasn’t playing well, but everyone around him was hurt. No running game whatsoever and McAdoo had no damn clue.

William Cooper A guy that has twice as many TDs to Ints completing 62% of his passes despite his team having no O line all 3 of his WRs are hurt and lease the league in dropped passes. A run game that avgs under 3.3 YPC. And its the QB thats playing bad???? What?

McAdoo lost the locker room a while ago and this was inevitable. Im sure McAdoo knew this was coming sooner then later. (Todd Bowles has his Jets fighting every week). But, in regards to the plan of “starting Eli and then benching him so the organization could get good looks @ Gino & Webb”... I don’t think McAdoo was that crazy though, I think that plan was all Mara’s from the start.

It's now 12/12/17 and Spags has no plans to start Webb. So Mara lies in this video. He says they need to find out about Geno and Webb but Mara lets Spags keep on playing Eli.

Barbara Poole In fairness to flowers here is a star right tackle, giants take him and do what, play him at a position he never played in his life, I think it's not fair to blame him, now Reece and macadope destroyed this team, I am glad they are gone hopefully we have better days ahead.

If mcadoo really knew what he was doing. He wouldve press his offensive needs when his department lacked running game and good line play as the coordinator. I thought he sucked as a offensive coordinator.

11-5 last year with the same damn O-Line we have this year. No OBJ, but no way we should be 2-10. Eli, despite all his class NEEDS A LOT OF THE BLAME HERE!! He has not been good for a couple of years now! FIRE ELI! FIRE SPAGS! and let's start again next year.

LaShawn John Yea its the same o-line as last year but what was the main difference between this year and last year? The answer is ODELL BECKHAM. He was never 100% healthy at any point this season then he was lost for the year. Odell being an absolute savage last year with numerous plays where he took 5 yard slants 60 plus yards for tds because the o-line was so bad there was no time for anything else. This year you could clearly see McAdoo had absolutely no idea what to do without the treat of Odell on the field. Thats the sign of a bad coach, the inability to make adjustments.
