play it slower, a lot slower. then build up to tempo. do that and you will see results, guaranteed

Anyone else realize he has very similar mannerisms with his fills as Jimmy?! Can’t tell if he’s subconsciously emulating him or if it was the other way around 😅

Anyone know how I can improve my double bass speed my issue is my legs lock up and get pain in them very bad I’m only 19 I figured maybe it’s the way I’m doing it so I tried sitting lower I tried sitting higher I tried even moving back from the pedals just so don’t put as much weight down and play into the head the and bury the beater into the head but still even with using ankle motion I still get leg pain even using more of my legs still hurts like hell what can I do I don’t wanna be stuck at 150 bpm my whole life

Dia tipikal drummer jazz yg lebih ngutamain presisi sama efisiensi, jadi ga perlu mukul keras² krn di audio mixer keluarnya ga beda jauh. Ditambah penempatan drum ama cymbalnya agak rendah, jadi kesannya ga terlalu petakilan. CMIIW

You’ve got no clue what you’re talking about, Brooks is a legend and has been killing it since he was a kid and 30yrs later he’s still relevant and the drummer for one of the biggest metal bands on the planet. Man definitely doesn’t need to listen to random KZfaq commenters lol

Brooks does amazing on the songs he wrote but I feel like on the songs Jimmy wrote or Arin wrote, he doesn't know how to do fills in between like Jimmy or Arin did
