I simply can’t thank you enough, Sara! I am an instruction book person (often reading the WHOLE THING - I know - WEIRD), but the instruction book that came with this serger was poor & poorly written. Without taking a class, you have taught me everything I think I need to know! 🌷🌺

You're a great teacher, thanks so much. Some important things were out of focus, I couldn't quite see the differences between stitches when you changed the tension. I will do as you suggest and play a bit with the settings, I'm sure it will be clear 😉. New subscriber! Watching and saving this step by step in my library.

Yep, it can sew denim. I tried it on 6 layers on one of my projects.

Watch all 33 episodes, order a serger, watch them again while you wait and you will ask yourself a week after it arrives "WHY did I WAIT SOOO LONG" I sew poly/Lycra leggings and anti pill fleece with the same tension and adjust stitch length and differential.

I have this serger, and am finding it difficult for stretch knit fabric. The seams serged are curling and breaking when trying on the neckband. What settings do you suggest for a stretch fabric like stretch velvet, jersey, and general knit?

Adjust your differential feed 1.0 or 2.0

This staring screens says 1043D, too! What am I missing?! Is this for the 1034D?

Get overlocking thread not just any thread.

You video maybe good for most but for a BEGINNER it's a pain... never any close ups to see the results. The videos made for your wit a lot of talking.
