Brother Innov-is NV800e Demonstration

The Brother Innov-is NV800e is a strong domestic embroidery machine. Infact, it is such a good machine that many people in South Africa start their businesses with this machine.
The engineering that went into this stunning machine and majority of the Brother HS machines is phenomenal. The machines are mechanically strong and because the power supply's wattage is so low, it can be used for production purposes, provided that it gets serviced more frequently.
The 26x16cm frame is big enough to do large designs on the back of jackets. This machine is just what you need to either make custom decor for your home or to start a business with.

Thanks for sharing. I have always hooped the stabilizer, just wanted to know if you think it's best to slide it under the fabric instead as you did?

It's easier to slide it in underneath. There are cases where I would hoop it in, for example if it's iron on stabiliser, but most of the time I just slide it underneath. There are cases where it's best to hoop the stabiliser and float the material on-top of the hoop. This all depends on your fabric

Hi! Thanks for the very detailed presentation! I have a question, did you ever work on a project - larger than the max hoop - by doing a section, then repositioning the material in the hoop for a new section? Is it feasible? I wonder .. first, if with some skill and workarounds the material can be precisely positioned for the sections to be well aligned, and second, if the material with embrodery on it can be inserted in the hoop... or maybe the material can stay loose on top of the hoop?

Hi! You're most welcome. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in my response. I have not, however I would recommend looking at a magnetic frame and making use of classic sewing tools such as chalk and rulers etc.

Hi, I’m new to embroidery and have the Brother 880 but I’m struggling with the bobbin thread showing on top and not the colour thread I’m using, Do you think my bobbin needs adjusting, the finish of the thread is lovely underneath and looks a mess on top. Thank you for your time

Hi Julie, it could meant that your top tension is too tight, or there isn't any bottom tension. Just make sure you put the bobbin in correctly. If it's not in correctly, there won't be any tension

Hi Xiaomayne, it's not that loud. The NV18e is a lot louder, but the speed might sound intimidating. The thickness of your fabric and sharpness of your needle also determines how loud it is.

Hi Paul, for t-shirt you would use hot fusible stabilizer and iron it on the inside of the t-shirt where the design will be placed. I would the put wash away stabilizer on top. This minimizes the t-shirt being over stretched & prevents puckering. The hot fusible stabilizer and t-shirt will obviously go into the frame and the wash away would float on top.

I am thinking of buying this machine as I would love to start my sewing business, quilting and embroidery. I have bought other brand not even year ago and I can not get the embroidery unit to work as my memory stick got damaged and no other one does work. The amount of software I have already downloaded is ridiculous. Even my partner Software developer can't get it to work and the dealer and make of the machine customer services are not responding. Then constant messages " Machine needs rest" are driving me insane. As it does have wi-fi can I just sent the design to my machine via computer?

Hi, yes you can, however you require software to digitise the design or you Can get in contact with a professional digitiser to digitise the image for you

Hi Abegail, the Brother machines are so great, it doesn't need to be oiled like other machines. Your machine needs to be serviced at least once a year by a reputable Brother dealer that does services & they should oil your machine when servicing it.

Hi Sanja. When you purchase the software you get a flash drive that allows you to use the software. You can't use the software with this.

Смотрим как 10 минут нужно тыкать кнопки чтобы зарустить вышивку. Странная машинка, и если это дружественный интерфейс!!!😮 И это вообще на пустом месте, что нас ждёт если придется хоть чуть стыковать, полторачаса тыкания в экран?😢
