Browning B25 D4G Shotgun

This is an absolutely beautiful Browning shotgun. It is a Browning B25 D4G 12 Gauge Shotgun and is one of the highest grades of engraving that Browning offered.
We have dated this Browning B25 to 1974. We also dated the catalogue shown as 1974/1975.
As you can see from the Browning Catalogue there was quite a range of different engraving grades. The Browning D4G Grade was right up with the top.
This is a Browning Sporter shotgun and we have known this Browning for many years.
We have been told by our Browning shotguns rep that the G in the engraving grades stands for 'Germanic'
These shotgun engraving patterns are absolutely beautiful pieces of art and show that shotgun engraving is an art form.

To match the high finished engraving this Browning shotgun also has a highly finished interior. All of the insides have been highly polished. Just one of the things which separate these higher grade shotguns to others.

I’ve been fortunate to have owned D4Gs very sad day when I could no longer shoot them for heath reasons, pure works of art,a friend of mine who also is an superpossed nut coined the phrase ( it’s even a pleasure to miss with a browning)

I’ve googled a bit and think you are right about A. Cuisset. That is the name of the actioner. Dewil the name of the engraver. He’s done a fair amount of work on the higher end stuff like D4s’. Thanks for another interesting video, Tim. It’s always nice to see notifications of your new videos’.

GRAN ESCOPETA CREO QUE LAS PRIMERAS fueron las mejores ya no quieran inventar mas nada. Todo lo demas son sucedaneos. Y nada mas . No tragiversen lo que comento. Yo tube la suerte de poder adquirir un B 25 super trap y jamas me dio un problema. Por eso digo GRAN ESCOPETA.❤❤❤

Another interesting and informative video boys, and don’t listen to the comments about what you should and shouldn’t use to point out the different features of these beautiful guns. I thought it was cool that you were using a traditional turn screw....

Yo tengo un catalogo del año80 y me parece que todavia sigue en vigencia .creo que es mejor que toda la tecnologia de hoy. Uno despues de tantos años se puede dar el gusto de ojerarlo de nuevo y de admirar las cualidades que tiene el arma de su preferencia cosa que con la (nueva tecnologia )no puede . Disculpen el termino pero (me cago en la nueva tecnologia)❤

I have got a b25 from 1972, strangly enough with big game engravings, wild boar, mouflon and deer, the engraving is completely around the action, and also the wood is engraved. Can you help me determine the grade ? I can send some pictures
