I had a 1967 chevelle ss 396 back in 1970, mine was gold with black vinyl top, it was a running machine, had alot of good times with that car, wish I still had it, they are worth a mint now, one of the sharpest chevelles built.

My brother bought a brand new one in 67 from Aaron Chevrolet in Salisbury NC. I was 10 years old.My brother was 19. The car was solid yellow.It was a 396 / 375 4 speed.

I had a dark Red 67 Chevelle SS 327 eng. back in 1973 THIS. WAS ONE THE best car car I have ever drive I have a lot of beautiful memories driving that wonderful Car I wish I had never sold it if you have one do not sell it….!!!!!!!

My 67 was a 396 , Muncie 4 speed , 4:11 rear gears, no P/S , no P / B , no air, Marina blue

I very rarely see the double pinstripes reinstated on restorations. These were positioned at the lower body panel contour line along the entire cars length. Was this optional? Always wondered that.

What`s with all these 67`s. I had a 66 conv. factory SS, in 1970. 396, muncie, posi. Only lost once. Could`t touch it. One of the best.

Fun fact first Chevelle or el Camino to have factory 454 SS was 1970 had one in shop driver side bucket seat was power track.

I owned a 1967 Chevelle and the power steering fluid filler was not remote it was on the pump, and yes I was original owner. IMHO this car is an SS Clone

454 did not come out in a 1967. If the vin starts with 138 then it is a trues SS.

He said it originally,had the 427,but it had been replaced to the 454.Listen to what he is saying,or you will sound like a fool!

I had a 66 chevelle ss 375 horse 396 , it had no power brakes or steering it had a factory tach mounted to right side of steering column on dash , it had 4 gauges in the instrument panel , fuel,alt, oil , temp, where Malibu had fuel , temp gauges had oil and alt lights

The trunk sticker shows the jack,but there is no spare tire,or jack with this car. Its the little things,that are missing,that really makes me suspect this guy!!!

Wonderful, but with no price. My last 1967 SS Chevelle convertible cost me $750.00. It was a 327, with a Muncie M-21 with a 12 bolt 4:11 posi-rear. I had a Brand New Rag Top installed the week before I sold it for $1,200.00. So, How much is thic car selling for?

Sure it is. My mom had a 68 Impala with a black vinyl top in that exact color, butternut yellow. That's it. You have to consider lighting. Maybe you didn't comprehend that before you made your comment,,, but lighting outdoor/natural bright sun vs overcast, vs indoor/incandescent vs fluorescent etc) will alter colors significantly especially in photographs.

The color is off for 67..thats a 67 vette color on the car..and the powersteer.on the fender.no way..it is a ss.car by rear paint...stick a 454 in it and sell..fast..r

What IS original about this car is probably the frame ... everything else has been swapped out or amended. Wheels are wrong, engine is wrong, radiator is wrong, interior door handles are installed wrong, paint color is wrong, insignia is wrong, air cleaner is wrong and man oh man I hated those bumperettes! It's still pretty but I get a strong idea it's a clone.

You can't tell an original from a reproduction it's too easy to build one of these from scratch and pass it off as an original

Here's the problem I have with these cars you can get everything for them including the blinker tachometer the console whatever you need for them people are asking stupid money for these cars

So. . Its NOT the real deal ! 454 in a 427 car . . Ya know any one can buy 427 emblems . . I dont think it's the correct color either . . Wrong wheels . . What else ? Nice looking car but you shouldn't advertise a clone for the real deal ! 396 or 427 etc .

He said, "it's a real SS" which I believe it is. This car is clean, it's 4 speed, it's got a12 bolt, nice interior. One has PLENTY to work with. What I would do, if I was the owner would be to just tell everyone it's a 427, OR I would replace the emblems and air cleaner sticker with 454, OR find out if it was a L-34, L-35 or L-78 and go find one and changed the emblems and stickers to reflect that. I could totally live with either of the 3 options.
