I love the way Jimmy Kimmel tailored the interview to suit Bruce Willis. A fun and simple game of unusual questions and yes no answers. Expanding on some of the answers, where it was relevant.... and leading the interview with such smoothness and respect. This is how 2 professionals work together to support and play off one another. ❤ Other interviewers can be so disjointed, when it comes to Bruce's health issues, and thats what makes other interviews seem squirmy and awkward. Kimmel and his team did a great job supporting Bruce as a human being, a job very well done and well prepared for. ❤ Cream of the crop. 😊

@@wendus93 people who worked with him have said he has been fighting it for a decade. It wasn’t just his forgetting it...it was his facial expression after the struggle to remember. Even with dementia patients, you can’t tell the cause behind everything, whether it’s normal forgetting, tiredness, or dementia. But neither you nor I can know for sure...however what is interesting is this IS what aphasia does so it’s just a bit interesting if this was an example of what he struggled with

Bruce has always had a good sense of humour it's just that people expect him to play the straight laced, faced, action man good guy. Since the critics panned Hudson Hawk (For the same reason) he hasn't had the confidence to do much comedy if any at all which is a real shame. I liked his goof ball antics like on HH, Moonlighting and Bruno the Kid. Some people just don't appreciate artistic creativity. That's what I like about Bruce. In Real life, what you see is what you get. A human being and a gentleman and not some Hollywood robotic puppet on a set.

Bruce, I saw you in a grocery store in Berlin several years ago! I was so surprised! I didn't want to act all googly-eyed like a typical fan, but I couldn't help glancing over at you (the lines were a little slow) several times to ascertain if it really was you. You probably sensed my stare, and were kind enough to raise your arm slightly and show me your watch turned to the inside of your wrist. And, like any good fan would know, that was a positive sign that it really was you! Thanks! I kind of regretted not going up to you to speak with you...sorry! It's a combination of the limitations of the cameras in the States and the set design. I know in the 90's they were using cameras that would be somewhat considered to be lower range HD but not quite as good as the rest of the world because of Voltage, Frequency and Scan Line differences. America had lower resolution TV's due to the limitations of the NTSC signal. I remember watching TV shows from America in the 80's/90's and they always seemed less sharp and more smudgy outlines of the characters and props. I bought some DVD's of American TV shows and although it certainly is much higher quality than a broadcast system, they pale in comparison to TV shows on DVD from the same time made in my country. Just to be clear. I'm not badmouthing the American broadcast or recording standard. I actually quite like it. It has a pleasant softness to watching TV shows. It gives it a very warm ambiance invoking comfort and restfulness. It doesn't overpower the eyes which I'm quite sensitive to so it's better for me to watch American TV than it is my own. Besides. It fills me with nostalgic memories of watching American TV shows when I was growing up so I have developed a strong liking to it.
