Today, Joe Dawson of Bruiser Industries shows us the 5 guns he would take from his collection if he had to narrow it down to 5. He had a very strategic approach, one I think folks could learn from, enjoy!

Very solid list tbh. I also go with a Glock for #1 especially as a civilian. I know guys like to carry bag/truck guns now but for me I just have my edc and I train a lot with it and its a G19 or a G17 in the winter. I'm not storing a rifle or a shotgun in my vehicle because I don't think thats responsible storage considering how many people get guns stolen from their car. I believe if something is gonna happen to you as a civi odds are you'll only have your handgun and whatever level of training you brought with you on that day so carry erry day and train with your pistol as much as you can.

the speed at which joe ran through all those parts in #3 was crazy. Not just because he knew all the parts. When someone who has owned multiple ar's runs through the parts list that fast and in that much detail, to the point of mentioning even the cable he was running, thats when you realize just how much time and thought went into picking out the parts for this particular AR. its indicative of incredibly fine-tuned decision making when it comes to each and every aspect of an AR.

There is no barrel swap that would substantially increase accuracy from zero to hero: all LSA TX15 MPC-Es come standard with an LSA-chambered/contoured Bartlein. I'm curious to people that have Gen 5 glocks. What is it that you like about gen 3 ? Since I live an area that only allows gen 3 glocks, I like all the features you guys have especially no finger grooves. So I want to know.
@Chrisblau
@Chrisblau 11 ай бұрын
I would say most people prefer gen 4/5 over a three cause of the smaller grip, texture of grip, magazine release button size is also double on a 4-5. People like to get gen 3 and then send them off to get modified which is what Joe did cause as we mentioned in the video gen 3 glocks have a longer track record and are known for being very reliable. So are the 4/5 just have been around as long but still very reliable I have had zero issues with my 4/5 so at that point it’s just personal preference.

@dylanwatson8468
@dylanwatson8468 8 ай бұрын
The gen 3 is a slight different design that from a design aspect is stronger and more reliable than the 4 or 5. The feel like grooves or textures are almost always swapped no matter the generation. Gen 3 also has a lot of after market support especially with the 20year mark over people are making gen 3 clones expanding the gen 3 parts even more. The only downside I see of gen 3 is optic cuts from factory slides are not a thing.

Another thing people would always come into the shop to “replace” is the recoil springs. Glock recommends every 5,000 you replace them I think. The Glock rep told me they say that cause they have to and we all know “they’ll last 10,000s of thousands of rounds” We shoot a lot on the channel and I’ve never had to replace one and I don’t know anyone personally that has had to replace one also 🤷🏻‍♂️ just my experience.
