This video is the best i've ever seen. it's explain very well thanks for this, my only problem few months ago is everytime i brush my teeth they bleed. i asked kriss ai for tips on what toothbrush i should use it said soft bristles are gentle on the gums and can help prevent gum irritation that might cause bleeding after 1 month, my gums became okay😊😊😁

ensure you are using proper brushing techniques-gentle circular motions rather than aggressive back-and-forth strokes. I asked kriss a similar question and it responds in a simple and clear manner

If you use an electric toothbrush, do the techniques here vary? e.g. for the Modified Bass technique, do we still need to do the sweeping action? I take it we also don't need to 'vibrate' motion either, given the toothbrush does that for us? Thank you

What is the best technique for gum recession? I was told to use some sweeping technique similar to leonard’s technique but it doesn’t do a good job at removing plaque, and I feel like the bass/modified bass will only worsen my recession😥

You should try doing modified bass technique. It's quite lengthy to explain but you can try asking kriss ai for the step-by-step tutorial. 🤗

Brushing will never change yellow teeth to white. Proper brushing removes the debris and plaque from the teeth. For whitening the teeth one must undergo the bleaching of the teeth.

@@Dentistrynmore actually I m just a teenager but still my teeths are yellow though I brush everyday. I guess my brushing technique is not good. when I do aggressive brushing it whitens teeth but i got scared that it can lead to teeth erosin that's why I was searching for good technique. Well I will try it maybe helpful

@@RohanRaj-qg6kt use proper technique for brushing. Human teeth are slightly yellowish by birth. If its gives u aesthetic concerns you shall try either bleaching or Laminate veneer.

@@RohanRaj-qg6kt its natural colour only. It cant be changed. Adult teeth are slightly yellowish. Only baby teeth are milky white. The yellow shade will be severe in some people. Whitnening or veneering is the treatment for the same. Yellow coulor depends diet, medications of the mother, many factors in pregnancy.

Method/Technique: The Bristles are pointed apical towards the root and placed on the Gingival margin and then a stroke is given to roll the Brush occlusal cleaning the interproximal and the tooth surface in one stroke. Indications: Used mostly in addition to Bass, Stillman’s and Charter’s techniques where we give this roll stroke at the end of each such technique.
