He actually surprised me by staying polite that long, the manager got called a 'bitch' in their first conversation while he wasn't calling the prank guy(I don't know his mame) any names. The manager only did his job and asked him to come to the restaurant and talk to owner because he couldn't do anything. Than he got called a bitch while there was no reason for that I don't blame him for hanging up. Than they put up with his phone spamming fir a long time still in a polite way while they were still being insulted. Until they had enough of it an told him to F*ck off. That is pretty reasonable you don't have to stay polite to a customer who is intentionally insulting you just because he is a customer. They are all humans no one likes being insulted and everyone will strike back at some point.

You should have called back pretending to be a lawyer for Rakesh, claiming they were being sued for demages (his food poisoning cost him something). Another cool way to prank them would have been calling as a reporter claiming a story was be published in the local news about their rude behavior and that you have a recording (calling to get a statement). They would have freaked out. ☺

Isaiah Stephens when you are working with an unruly customer you aren't supposed to give them the same treatment as they give you, you are supposed to keep a cool composure or go retrieve a higher ranked employer, in this case as the manager they should have gotten the owner to deal with it, you are NEVER to cuss out a customer no matter how bad the person is being, and these employees became rude long before he started swearing

"No sir you have to come to the store *click*" is the absolute laziest thing anyone, especially a manager, can do. And "I gotta be a nice guy maybe it's real" IS the fucking job description. You don't decide who is a prank caller and who is a real customer.

You should call one restaurant at different times using a bunch of different voices. Say that you ate some specific food and say that you are having some insane symptom in each call. The store will think it poisoned its customers.

Also the second time he did give the company name (obviously censored). Most likely he just had a bad day, like a normal human being can have from time to time.

It shouldn't get in the way of your work especially when dealing with costumer servicing unless you want to plummet your business down the drain. Another thing is that Ownage called the next day, you can't have 2 bad days in a row. I still say this is stupid service and that guy deserves the heckle.
