The unbridled joy in 'That dragon looks sick as hell!' really sold this expansion. How can you not appreciate something causing that amount of fun? C'mon!

It is enough to occupy the improvement, you don't need to pillage it. As long as your unit stays on the improvement tile, the effects (such as spell jammer) are blocked. Just a small tip if you don't need cash and want to stay in good alignment while not worrying about teleporters or jammers. ;)

That last battle with the slither hatchling is honestly exactly how I'd expect a pack of juvenile lizards to fight

The "watch replay" results no longer match the auto-resolver, so they seem to be experimenting with a new auto-resolver. The marauders are actually being effective, it's very interesting to see them do something more than wander around randomly!

From your previous video, Nature transformation breath doesn't damage or debuff your units, while giving them regen, similar thing with Order transformation, there is no friendly fire, only healing.

The dragons look so cool! I’m incredibly excited to give this DLC a try once it’s available. Also, I think if you hit retry and then let the AI control it (in the top right there’s the little red thing with the swords crossed) you’ll get the same result as in the replay and it won’t go out of sync, I’m not totally certain though so maybe make a backup save before testing.

There's a retreat option in the option menu in battle. It makes all your units auto-rout, with the usual chances of them surviving or not. I wish it was in the pre-battle menu, though. Or explained at all, really.

Why would you expect to lose that first battle? He had 1 hero (you had 3), and he was level 4, where as you were levels 6, 13 and 9.

"Draconic Rage" does push you towards single entities. With multiple entities, damage causes casualties and casualties would reduce damage. A single entity will never take casualties, so it can get the bonus without loosing damage to casualties. Draconic rage in multiple entities is merely offsetting that penalty when you hit 60% HP, not actually giving you a bonus: A 2 entity unit is only 10% HP from loosing 50% damage at 50% HP. A 3 Entity one already lost 33% damage at 67% HP. A 4 entity one lost 25% at 75% HP. And looses a full 50% at 50% HP. A 5 entity one already lost 40% damage at 60% HP, with a full 60% at 40% HP.

Why did the auto-resolve at 00:12 give 343 gold, but manual gave only 84 gold at 08:43? Ofcourse a few units escaped so he didn't kill as many, but still the difference is so large that it seems bugged.

In your first battle, you had plenty of units with 1 ap range attacks, bunch of rocks and melee enemy in the middle, making enemy go around the rocks to get to you, while you run away and shoot at them, seams like a way to get less damage.

Does final form mean more civ on the way 🥹
