Something to consider is that these tickets retail for THOUSANDS, and these videos could be used be people in the future to guage the best first class product they'd want to spend money on. with that price tag of COURSE he's going to be critical of even minute details, paint a complete picture so that people know what they're getting into

Perhaps one flight offered a better class of Champagne than the other flight did. The flavor being superior to the one he spoke of. He mentioned the price of the bottle offered at $64.00 and there was no need for that other than to seem he was knowledgeable on the topic. Which he showed that he clearly isnt.

If you pay 10,000, you don't want to be addressed by the staff like they are pub staff. You didn't pay 10,000 to be their "buddy". Your first name is for your family and friends, and don't pay them 10,000, do you? So if you pay someone 10,000, proper address is part of the proper professionalism that you should expect. Ultimately, you paid for a professional experience. Not for a pub experience. If they can't even address you by your last name, of course they're not professional. They're just faffing around in the air, expecting YOU to respect THEM.

Hes actually pretty postive , upbeat and happy. Its a 15,000$ ticket and hes reviewing it for everybody who doesnt want to waste their time or money. Its called advice. He say he liked the experiance but compared to other flights, it was unsatisfactory... almost like a food critic... or a movie critic... you think they all pessimists too?

I have severe motion sickness and the crew was super caring about it that they gave me 2 more seat so I can lay down properly (I was at the back to I can’t recline my seat) and the service was PERFECT. They eventually found a pill that calms my stomach down so I relaxed in the end. 999/10

@@derya94b The companies dont pay him, and hes addressed that in many videos. He is able to fly this product by gaining status, then getting complementary upgrades. Even if he did pay the price for business class, that would still be 3000-4000$. Theoretically though, someone would have to pay 10,000-20,000$ to fly this product so a hard bed would not be ideal for that price tag.

Bendy Snowball For what you pay on spirit, you get what you pay for. I hate it when people expect first class service on spirit. If you want that, fly a different airline. They’re called “ultra low cost carriers” for a reason.

@@thestrangeman069 People don't expect first class service from spirit, but they overall get a shit product compared to other low budget carriers (for example Southwest). Spirit airlines is the only airline I have heard of that charges $10 to print a boarding pass, has a terrible level of customer service, and overall has a terrible experience.

The title of the video clearly states he’s reviewing a first class seat, so it doesn’t make sense for us to compare his experience with an economy class experience. If someone pays top dollar for first class, damn right every aspect of the experience has to be first class (or better). Also he’s not shaming people in economy class, so why are people here shaming him for not enjoying his experience..

Thank you!!! I was looking for this comment! I travel economy just about always, there are standards of economy flying separate and apart from business and first class. If you are paying top dollar to fly first class standard of care should align with that price. You pay more, you expect more. Very easy. Idk the price for this journey is about $4000 which isn’t that expensive for first class. He’s expecting a fully serviced flight for a fare that isn’t that expensive. Singapore Airlines is a good third more expensive than this, so if I was on that flight then I might get pissy.

fair enough, but a point could be made that its a representation of the airline and how keen they are to outdo their competitors. i'm not an airline expert so i could be wrong, but i'd say etihad and sia are similar in that they are reputable, big names in the airline industry. if i were flying on any reputable airline, i have every right to expect good service, as it is part of the draw. if big name airlines think that they can slack on service standards because they are considerably cheaper than their competitors, thats not right imo. i'd say their service standards are equally important to that offered in hotels, esp in first class. i've never flown first class before, but i've stayed at several hotels, some more bougie than others. but if i were to compare those in the 4 to 5 star range, i'd say they all provide similar exceptional service standards, regardless of price.

The very first transatlantic flight I was on was in the mid70's. Laker airlines...does anyone remember them?? They had 3 seats on each side and 6 across in the center. I was stuck in the center. I had to say we were fed well; they served us a meal shortly after take off then breakfast before before arriving in London. Now from everything I've seen from various You Tubers, the best carriers seem to be the European ones, and the the ones from the middle east. .
