Good manager... I love his lines 1. "The Truck Behind You Gives 3.5 Mileage Per Liter.. You are Exhausting Its Mileage " 2. "Even Court Is Not Above The Law"
@harveyspector1463
@harveyspector1463 3 жыл бұрын
One way to argue back would be that roads are not good, what about that reducing the mileage. Courts are there to enforce the law. Law is nothing but a stack of papers without enforcement. Saying you committed a crime does not make it so. Need to prosecute which can be done only by court. It is the ultimate authority and law gives it that authority.

@@harveyspector1463 Hah, did you even listen to yourself? How the bad roads are remotely relevant with toll collection. When we pay toll, we get the good road we pay for. So the roles and responsibilities of toll fees end right there. And yes, courts are enforcers; they are mere implementers of the law, not the ones owning it. So, courts also come under the law. For an analogy, architects make blueprints, and masons just build following blueprints. Courts are like masons. They have given a framework to follow and ensure everything is set by that framework. Masons really can't say, Hey, I'm the implementer, so you go to hell, and I'll do whatever I see fit.

He wasn’t a judge, I dont know y people are claiming him to be a judge. He is ADGC (Listen carefully). ADGC is Government prosecutor or in Hindi “Sarkari Wakeel” But the sad reality is, Most people in the comments are ignorant and just have to rant over the things without even knowing the issue properly.

It's not about Rs.80, it was about his ego and pseudo power that made him think that he is a powerful person and he was trying to prove it.
