Learning again in anticipation for T8! I played a lot of T3, TTT1, and T5 so a lot of the moves I remember haven't changed much - but I was a very casual player and never really tried to improve or learn what moves were natural combos or good pokes or whatnot. Been playing this game for almost a year now after playing 2d fighters for years, but I kinda stayed away from Bryan because of his execution barrier until now. Ive only ever played Tekken casually with some friends, never really paid attention to frame data, anything of that sort. But recently my buddy has been getting pretty serious. Im nowhere near his level, but ive been watching this video over and over again, and im confident this will get me the edge i need to start posing a threat to him. After seeing your videos on Bryan, I now love playing him and made him my main.

11:33 that's not what jailing means. This is actually called natural combo (in this case these strings are not natural on normal hit). An example of a jailing string would be 1 2 jabs where if you block the 1st hit you cannot duck the 2nd even though it's a high thus you're "jailed into blocking".

Last time I played Tekken was back at Tekken 4, I was just 8 back then and totally didn't understand how things work in Tekken, now that I'm back to this game I found this video like a Gem and treasure it. it really helps me learn more about my first character on Tekken 7. Probably the best guide on Bryan. Always been my favourite character in Tekken. Picked him up 1st time in T5 and only got back to Tekken a few months ago. Yip I do snake's edge about 6 times a game and completely get destroyed by higher rank players.

Really good video, gave me quite a bit more insight! I was wondering though because you never mentioned 4,3. Im not sure if this move was touched in a patch after this came out but isnt it a viable punish and also CH tool these days? I tend to at least throw it out for 12-13f punishers

39:10 I thought it was because of the range. f+4,1 and Jet upper have the same base damage, and the Season 2 route for f+4,1 seems to deal as much as jet upper's staple
