Im not so sure conditions up north allow the game to be faster. If you watched some Super14 this season, you would have seen how much quicker the SA and NZ teams have gotten. The pace is mind blowing.But i guess we will get a good indication when England play SA in a few weeks.I heard Vardell was quick and he looks it,but i dont think he is habana,sivivatu,rockocoko speed.

northern hemisphere rugby is ovarll quicker than southern hemisphere rugby but you would have faster wingers although tommy bowe and denis hickie of ireland are really qucik and breaks 10.5 secs mark over 100m and also trimble a centre outsprinted howlett in a footrase to catch a kick

he is sivivatu and rokocoko speed but he won't play south africa as he is playing a cup final for leicester a few days before so therfore not allowed to play, england can't bring their top 45 players as they are playing cup games a day or 2 before and therefore a pile of crap players are going, so expect england to get a good thrashing

ireland just doesn't go for speed, and also you have never seen tommy bowe run at full flight he is a flying machine and will be one to look out for in the future and although hickie might not be as quick over 100m as habana he has great excilleration and also how many times does 1 player run 100m to score a try there will always be someone there to try and stop him, he has crap hand and no vision

That sucks, We never get to play England here, we owe them a good walloping, and we now have the form to do it, but againsta a weak england side people will just say, you wouldnt have done it agains the strongest team, and thats crap coz at the moment SA would thrash the strongest side england can put together.
