I've always thought that it was cool how the TLK Megatron has a modded version of the Ikakalaka as a weapon.

I always find it funny when a third party company makes a knockoff of another third party company's figure. They're committing I.P. theft on a company that's committing I.P. theft itself?

Now we just need a Skybreaker knock-off and we can really get this rabbit hole going.

The face of this Megatron always reminds me of the creature from the Jeepers Creepers movies. I like the coloring better on this KO figure than the one from Unique Toys.

This Megatron's fusion cannon shot color is red and green. And that's really fits to light on at Christmas.

For what it is worth, UT had vocally expressed their displeasure about being KOed. Not sure if it affects anyone's purchase decision, but food for thought.

I think you got a defected light for the cannon, it's not supposed to have a green light, the other reviews have shown it to only glow red 😅

In robot mode I like to move the front skirt pieces more over the thighs so they'll cover the gold on the side skirts. This way is also more screen accurate.

Skybreaker vs Dragoon nicely done Emgo as always !! BS02 has impeccable ultimate face sculpt, overall detail and paintwork looks good, individual articulated fingers is a bonus & better price. Also maybe to some the scaling is better now ? UT-R03 has more die cast, more weight, high quality plastic, better joints and ratchets, bigger foot print & better box art lol. I got Unique Toys version for which I'm very happy, no remorse.

While the design on its own is really cool, I never liked it as a Transformer. I have the exact same issue with the movie Lockdown, it just looks like a person in a suit rather than a robot that transforms.

The skit at the end should have had Optimus slicing Megatron's cannon off of his arm, that would have been a better ending!

Love the head the red mark is not so prominent and extra details on the body. But the really cheap lights on the gun is a huge no followed by the less dark coloring and the mods the detail I can sacrifice for the better Unique version.

Is there any way to store the extra mouth piece somewhere on the body of this figure ? I am afraid i would lost the extra mouth piece , when i am not using one of them

Most of the megatron need feet for their transformation because talk and tfp need feet for wings ans transformes cyberverse and wfc seige need feet for tyres and g1 also needs feet for handle

Question to emgo, does the spike on his right shoulder pad can be pushed in or something? Because as i noticed when you put a close up on that area, there seems to be extra hinge under that shoulder pad, that doesn't seem to be present on the original UT, if i recall correctly.

Well UT and knock-off dragoon both are great but knock-off dragoon made the best metallic paint and lots of detail than the Unique toys and all in all hands up to those figures 👌😁

Hey Emgo! I just got my Skybreaker and I made the mistake you warned me against. The connection for my shield into his arm was so tight that I couldn't just push it in enough until there's friction, the whole peg was fed into the hole and the ball jointed separated from the shield as I tried to pull it apart. Can Dragoon still transform with a ball joint sticking out of his left arm?

this mold is just too good scale wise cuz megatron shouldnt be that much taller to optimus prime where prime's height was about megatron's abdomen (in the original unique toys mold) so this figure works very well scale wise. prime's accurate size is just about as high as megatron's packs

I think it's pretty shady business practice to make a knockoff of another third party company. Uniquetoys can't get decent copyright cus they're already infringing on copyright, and obviously black mamba can improve on the mold cus they spend 0 on R&D, so of course it will be better, but it's not really their figure.
