We all Love u kimmy❤️💜 I wish I had money to send u some flowers for your graduation but my tuition has me broke lol make sure u treat urself to your favorite desert or a spa day or something because u deserve it all your hardwork has paid off ( please try to work In states that gives u the pay rate that u deserve I know u love Texas but u should not work 6 days a week bc nursing will break ur back an injure other body parts if u are in Texas or any state try to find high paying assignments that won't compromise ur mental or physical status or maybe work in a high paying state for a year or 2 save some money for a house an then go back to living wherever u prefer to just food for thought

I am glad you are making plans to get the 2 family house just make sure u do background checks on people and beware of people who have a sob story for everything covid has been tough so alot of people have been going thru hardships so it's hard to not have a sob story because everybody has been going threw it but everyone in my family knows I am a sucker for a sob story if anyone comes to me an says they need money for anything I will give them the money or try to help now there is nothing wrong with helping people but I have caught a few people who I have helped betraying or being jealous of what I have not knowing how hard I worked for it I had classmates who where homeless an I would bring them food I would do research an tell them what schools have the cheapest programs so they could get a certificate an a higher paying job and I even offered them a place to live in my home I later heard them gossiping in the hallways to other people saying "she has so many handbags she has everything she's always getting good grades" I was so hurt when these people are at there lowest I helped them only to find out there jealous of what I have an ungrateful smh I watch a lot of court tv an I always see episodes of these men that swindle landlords they get fake recommendation letters an pay stubs they act so polite friendly they will even say im a Christian an then after A couple months they stop paying rent u find out they have no job on a couple of the episodes the tenants turned out to be drug dealers I would be afraid to share a home with a stranger who is a male whenever u have people come to ur house to do repairs or even when u get new tenants dont let them know u live alone tell them u live with ur brothers male cousins if someones doing a repair on ur home say let me call my brother hes on his way home so they know a male will be present in the home on this true crime show a group of men came to do repairs on a home am later 1 of the guys came in the middle of the night an kidnapped her 8yr old daughter smh dont tell ur Co workers u own a home they might watch ur videos an find out so u should not announce it on social media it's a shame u can't even celebrate achievements bc people are so jealous smh maybe u could just mention I mean it's up to u if u want to announce it or not anyways if u get a job in a Dr office where u don't have to lift patients by all means work 4 or 5 days a week but most nursing jobs require some strain I tell all healthcare workers work 2 days a week do a double each day so u can work almost 30hrs in only 2days an then during the other days of the week do a job that does not require strain on the body I think you should start a tutoring business kimmy that is what I plan to do u could tutor people at there houses because u don't want clients to know where u live but also be careful when u go to people's houses some people may pretend like they want tutoring to lure u to there homes that's why God willing I will be able to buy or rent a store front for my tutoring business but it's best to save money anngo to clients homes because in the beginning u won't have much clients because ur just starting out I'm gonna stop chatting because I tend to go on an on I just love to help people and I just want the best for you kimmy keep up the good work!❤️💜

I forgot to add maybe it's good to try to get nurses to be ur tenants bc right now alot of people can't keep jobs and at least u know nurses always have jobs anchors available just be aware of the catty jealous nurses who may say look at this young girl who owns a house but other than that at least u know they will have income to pay there rent
