I’m kinda new to BTS so others will have more info but what I have seen and read in various comments was that Big Hit was struggling so much that they were on the brink of bankruptcy at one point. I also saw that they would struggle at times to care for the boys and that Jin actually would go home and get toilet paper etc from his parents house because they would run out and there was no money to replace it. So they were very much struggling until the boys started bringing in more money.

Yep. He also took pots and pans from his parents home too. And I'm pretty sure he fed Jungkook out of the money from his own pocket. And back then they were not earning much. So the money was probably from his parents or whatever else he was doing at the time.

I firmly believe that if they would have had money that they would not have had the life experiences and opportunities. They would have just been another carbon copy group. I don't think they would have gotten to write and produce in the beginning. they got to show their individual personalities and what type of individual artists they are. I think they had to do many things by themselves and because the got cut from performances & not even booked, it gave then so much time to practice, to master their craft. It also gave them time to dream about what they wanted and how to get there.

Qne fact that I love about the relationship between army and BTS is that in the beginning, when BTS was struggling financially, army's gave BTS gifts like clothing and kitchen appliances which BTS didn't have and some of those BTS still uses till this day so they really appreciated the gifts army game them while they where struggling.

To clarify there are 4 BTS from Nobodies to Legends in total. 3 from xCeleste but Part 1 was taken down. 1 from another channel from way back. People always forget the original "BTS from Nobodies to Legends" video that inspired xCeleste to create a more updated and precise series. The ones from xCeleste are the ones everyone reacts to.

That is the updated one from xCeleste (her name is Rosan) and it gets me as choked up as the others do. They overcame being underdogs in SK and now they have to overcome what Western media are putting them through (ahem G/rammys) but Army will always be with them every step of the way. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

BTS are performing at the Grammys on Sunday (with a Lil Nas X and a lot of other collaborators on Old Town Road), then they are on James Cordon on Tuesday doing Black Swan - we’ll see the choreo! Maybe you could do a live watch of the Grammys! Apparently BTS are sitting behind Beyoncé!

I've tried to introduce my friends to BTS without trying to be pushy, but they just don't get it... or WANT to get it. 🙄 It's just so refreshing to see people in your circle be open-minded and receptive. If it wasn't for other ARMYs on here, YTbers like Kito & Naomi, and ARMYs on Twitter and group chats, it would be lonely as hell. BTS won 3 awards at AMAs 2019, not 2. The third is for Tour of the Year. They also won top awards at the Europe MTV awards. BTS' Idol single and Love Yourself Answer album received platinum status this week.
