At first, her bubbliness was refreshing but it became tiring after a while. She seemed too " lively". Halfway through I was wishing for her to calm down, slow down her speech, and not act like she had too much caffeine.

Rm did not speak because during the victory speech his voice had almost run out after the performance. Maybe he was also not feeling well so when his speech his voice sounded hoarse, so during the interview he chose to be quiet and not speak at all, because he was afraid that his voice would actually disappear.
